Especially right now, Toy hunting is not good.

Some people love the challenge. Hey by all means in a normal situation go ahead and do that.

Other people should have the option to just go online and order a copy. I wish Target/Walmart and co would get with the program.

Yup. Gotta say I miss the days when you didn't have to do a stock count every day on Brickseek or Popfindr in order to find new product by you, or when you didn't have to F5 on a preorder page at 5 in the morning or risk everything being sold out within literal minutes.

Hell, even with import items. I was trying to get the SHF Androids from DBZ last week and only lucked out by happening to wake up at 5 in the morning and seeing that they went back up for preorder. About 5 minutes after that they were sold out again.


It's even more annoying this year because now every toy company keeps relying on retailer exclusivity for highly sought after items, when the only company that seems to give a crap about actually having enough supply to meet demand is Amazon. EDIT: I guess GameStop's exclusives aren't too bad either.

Doesn't help that certain retailers aren't good with online or stocking in store in many areas.

Hasbro, Neca and co are working with retailers who don't give a few cents about toys. On the slip side, websites dedicated to it are the last ones to get the regular stuff.

Indeed. Wal-Mart exclusives being the absolute worst. Not only are they notoriously awful when it comes to collectibles, my two local Wal-Marts never get anything, so I end up having to pay double for anything I want off them.

Actually, there was a listing found for this guy a little while back in Target's system, along with a deluxe Ranger SKU for a "Dino Special Ranger", but there wasn't confirmation that it was specifically this figure, most speculation thought it might have been MMPR Black because it was just listed as Black Ranger.

Seriously, this is what I do not get. Why isn't everything just a fan channel exclusive instead of using Wal-Mart and Target?

I guess at the end of the day these companies will still sell more by accident at Target and Walmart than they will intentionally to collectors.

I want to get the MMPR red ranger helmet. But idk if I want to pre-order it on Hasbro Pulse.

After selling Red and Blue to make way for the 5 pack, the Green Psycho I got in yesterday is now the only one I've got for now.. But man even as technically figure #3 he's still awesome. I just love the Psycho design so much. I would take this in literally any color they want to throw at me. Please, Boom, make for us some Gold and Purple Psychos lol.

Did I miss my chance at preordering the Psycho Rangers, or have they not actually gone up yet? Will Hasbro ever actually announce that the set even exists??
