Anyone here want or think that Bandai will release renewals of base form riders using this new mold?

Riders like Agito, Kuuga, W, ooo, or some showa era KR may benefit hugely with this upgrade, but, on the flip will cost an arm.

I personally wouldnt mind too much is the quality is good, however, would only want base forms to use this mold as it would be to expensive to keep up and in general recent releases have been pretty good, eg Blade riders

I feel that the Fourze (maybe), Wizard, Ryuki, Den-O, and Blade won't be touched by renewal. Hibiki shows that going forward we should expect that mold's use. So Kiva and other Hibiki Riders for sure. But Kuuga, Agito, W, and OOO would all benefit from being revisited. And are popular enough to still sell.

I could see a Figuarts Lord Zedd as a con exclusive. However, wasn't there talks about doing a SDCC exclusive 2-pack of Armored Black Ranger with Unarmored Green Ranger maybe?

Whether people like it or not MMPR is the money maker according to Bluefin and they will milk that cash cow as much as possible while the whole 20th Anniversary is going on and stuff.

I'd like to see more new Sentai Figuarts as well or completion of teams already existing, but it is what it is. Especially when it seems like the Sentai Figuarts are now looked at profit wise for both Japan and overseas rather than just Japan nowadays. It's the only reason they're making all the Ayurangers and did Kiba Ranger from what I've read online.

The Boukenger 2-pack and Hurricangers brought over to America in their Power Ranger forms seem to not be big sellers compared to the Zyu/MMPR ones. The SDCC Shinkenger/Samurai 5-pack still is available all over the place.

W just got reissue last January in 2013 (or maybe it was December 2012), so I doubt he will be renewal. I don't think OOO will get renewal anytime soon as well.

Yeah but remember that Takara announced a new Master Piece Prime right as soon as the first version of the toy got reissued.

That's a different company. I don't think they will renewal something if the figure is still in print.
