For me when drive hadn't started yet and we only had some information I was interested in seeing the actor for Krim on screen and was initially disappointed that we are probably only going to properly see the actor in flashback even though we have him belt form which I don't mind since I do enjoy his character.

With this Harely character I would lie to see him as well and not be another a posthumous character like Krim in Human form.

If he does end up being a posthumous character like human krim then it is what is, although if that is the case Gou being here, like you said, will still probably indicate that he will still help serve his part in the plot in some way or another.

He can always be another shroud.

Now I cant stop imagine him showing up with random bandages wrapped around his head :lol

I was thinking of characters just in Kamen rider and I couldn't think of any like that in there, probably should have thought of Ramirez from Kyoryuger since he is awesome.
