That would be nice. Maybe modernize the outfit for a tertiary rider. But with some steampunk.

Unfortunately I doubt it as it came out alongside the Ex-Aid one, next episodes are confirmed to be Faiz and Fourze so I doubt we'll get Ryuki

Someone pointed out that the art on the packaging for the ridewatch is CG, and it could be Ganbarizing exclusive, at least for now.

How about turning KR Shin into Zi-O's third rider since he's from the past?

They can turn him into something else. Not as a mutant.
