Yeah but Red Hawk is the only one Bluefin had a release for. It predates Zyuranger so Saban didnt have a rights disrupts with it. The Jet Winger was removed because presumably Saban would even have a claim to Akibaranger related product.

Don't know if this is the right place to put this. but I bought a GoseiRed figure at Target earlier today. I almost bought GoseiBlue, but I decided not to. I was mad that they were out of Gosei Knight.

I don't think Robo Knight/Gosei Knight is out yet. He'll probably be coming along with the second wave in Spring. I think TRU's Canada site says the 6-pack with the entire team will be released in February, so I'd expect him then.

Thank you for the direction and info Brainchild. I guess you're right. But it was weird because they ahd a giant transforming version of him right on the display, but not of the regular size. I almost asked if they had any in stock, but I decided not to.

Yeah, I can really see Saban releasing AkibaRanger.

I'm not saying they'd release it but their rights to Sentai material extend from everything Zyuranger up. Removing the Winger meant Bluefin wouldn't get in any shit over releasing Red Hawk. I by no means expect Saban to use Akibaranger.

I got the Claw Armor Megazord yesterday, I love these Mega Bloks Megazord, really hoping there will be more on the horizon. Although I noticed the joints get loose easily. I got the regular Samurai megazord a long time ago, put it together and just put it on display. When I took it out last night to take this picture, I noticed the legs were all floppy. I guess the weight of the thing takes a real toll on the joints overtime.

I think it blows that Bluefin can't bring something to the US without Saban's permission just because Saban is going to become dicks about it. All it does is screw over those who would be willing to hand them their money and make Saban look bad.

So you want Saban to breach their contract with Bandai of America so they can look "good" with very niche adult collectors? Not only does that not look good on Saban as a business, but it gets Saban sued by Bandai of America.

Also, you're completely ignoring that BoA and Saban have worked with Bluefin to get some otherwise unavailable products to the US. We would not have ShinkenRed & Gold or SRC Daizyujin/Megazord in the US if Saban and BoA were being "dicks."

Bottomline is that Akibaranger is not a high enough priority to Bluefin to get a sub license for it.

That's really sad. I would have loved to see an American version of it where the main character is a Power Rangers nut. That would be awesome.

At least I have the original show and my Figuarts!
