Hi guys! I thought I'd make my first post to the boards with some pics of my newly arrived Ichigo and Nigo from SIC's Masked Rider "The Next" 2-pack!

I'm an SIC over SH Figuarts kinda guy because I love the artistic interpretation they put into these characters. Plus I've been a huge fan of Nirasawa for years and years and they are obviously heavily influenced by his style.

Lookin good :thumb: I've been slowly warming up to SIC's over the last year myself. Taking baby steps with the KT line right now before I get into the full fledged figures.

Those guys should be the poster children of S.I.C. Are they still available?

start with kabuto, i believe hes still around $60 on amazon. i mean i HATE kabuto but i gotta say the sic has got to be one of the best figures in my collection ever :)

Nah, Den-O should start with one of the Den-O SICs, they're so fantastic, and come with a ton of accessories.

Kabuto is okay, but I'm actually kinda meh on him right now. But then again, I haven't even bothered trying to get him into Hyper mode. I wish he had the Masked form though, think I'd like it much more if it could do that one instead of Final Form Ride.

I hear the parts needed to do Masked Form come with Gattack. Because Bandai always wants more money. :lol

Yes, they do, but they should have come with Kabuto. I imagine once I get around to getting the Dark Kabuto/Gattack set I'll become more interested in Kabuto, but for now, it's the most boring of all the SICs I have.

but then dk would be useless, they arent JUSTtrying to get money, they want u to have SOME incentive for buying a repaint

I tried my first taste of SIC with ZX and didnt care for him. But things like Dark Kiva, and the various Den-O forms do appeal to me. Im just not sure i want to collect a bunch of figures in yet another scale. I already have a ridiculous amount of SHFs and SIC are much more expensive.

thats y im saying kabuto, it has regular, hyper, hyper clock, ffr, and decade. thats 5 figures in one set.
