She looks... young. Really young.

For future reference, larger eye are usually used for younger characters. Aside from that, it's a good design. Not how I imagined her (I was thinking more along the lines of Koike Yui), but you're the boss.

My iPhone's "Japanese (Kana)" keyboard setting has an emoticon function. And I love using it.

The sketch might work for another female character actually if you ignore the uniform.

Maybe Kristin or the girl Nathan meets in episode 7.
