What if they are all women?

Poggers. A whole plethora of female riders will definitely itch my wallet.

Oh man, that would be so cool! Even if only a few of them were developed characters, a group of female knights would be awesome. It would be kinda funny if there were riders based on Amazons or valkyries, given how those names are already in use by other riders.

Although, if Toei actually did make Southern Base all women, I feel like we'd be worrying constantly that they'd find some way to ruin it.

Personally, I don't think it's likely that they're all women at the Southern Base. And while I'm not really having high hopes of the number of female Riders increasing for the franchise, I would definitely love to see more. One can only wonder what motifs a female Rider from this series would have. And one can only hope they'd actually get to be interesting and do stuff...

THAT would be something wild. What about the Southern Base's rider system? Do they have Swordrivers too? Or perhaps something else as they're in the south pole.

Personally, I think it would be a good excuse to introduce a new Rider system (Like the Genesis Riders from Gaim) from the Southern Base. Like, the Northern Base use real Holy Blades, while maybe the Southern Base people could be a way to introduce artificial/imitation Holy Blades. Although there are still some elements they could introduce, like metal or ice, for new Holy Blades.

Yeah, the one thing I'm willing to bet about the Southern Base is that their Drivers of choice are the one introduced after Christmas.

Artificial swords huh? What about shields as their "drivers" like Wolzard's, Double's Prism Bicker, Houoh Soldier's, Mars' & Idunn's?

Or should it be a different belt in some way?

Depending on the number of elements & their riders perhaps: ice, metal, poison, smoke, nature - wood/plantlife, mind - illusion & psychokinesis, sun - light & moon - gravity? Time & space probably for the extreme power.

They could also have a wider variety of weapons like axes, spears, bows, etc. whereas even the unusual weapons from the Northern Base are still swords. That could tie into a theme of the Northern Base being more traditional or unified while Southern Base riders are more innovative or independent.

I definitely think they're going to keep with swords, even if just as a base element. I personally expect to see stuff like Kenzan's -- "It's a Sword, but it's also a shuriken/axe/shield/gun/lance/bow/knuckleduster/bo staff/rider kick"
