Oh snap, does it turn from a sword into the buckle attachment? That's really cool. I think the closest thing to a powerup item turning into a weapon and attachment is the Rolling Vistamp, but it wasn't like a faceplate change like this.

Some images of Legend turning into other Riders, also it appears that he gets an accessory on his left shoulder and right hip when he does this. These forms are also called Gorgeous Den-O and Gorgeous Decade respectively.

EDIT: my bad you guys, turns out the forms are called Legend Den-O & Legend Decade, I saw a bunch of people list the forms as the Gorgeous version and thought they were correct

Do you have citation for that? All I can see in the picture is "Kamen Rider Legend Den-O" and "Kamen Rider Legend Decade".
