Xross Saber I didn't mind (at least once we found out there were multiple forms) it's Realizing Hopper/Almighty Dragon reusing Rising Hopper/Brave Dragon's designs I do

Zero-Two made sense as a final form in spite of its simplicity, considering how it was a reflection of Aruto's development as an individual forging his own path from the very beginning of the series to the end.

Xross Saber felt more like the showmakers were trying to cut costs rather than create something new (and this is coming from somebody who actually kind of likes Xross Saber).

Hopefully Revice's final form will actually be something substantial.

I remember reading that Xross Saber actually went over budget, due to them having to paint all three versions by hand.

Now that I think about it, Xross Saber is what I kinda wished Zero Two had been: an upgrade that works with multiple older forms, instead of one single strongest form like always. But I guess most pepole don't see it that way.

Maybe Revi and Vice are become one Rider as their Final Form similar to Double CycloneJoker Xtreme...

Zero-Two also wasn't a Final Form in a traditional sense since it ended up basically being a new Rider, and the Nigo to Zero-One's Ichigo.

a proper Kamen Rider Revice as their final form would absolutely be the safe thing to do, but its not a bad idea

I think that Kamen Rider Revice's Final Form will use a different Driver. Kamen Rider Zero-One gained the Zero-Two Driver to become Kamen Rider Zero-Two. Kamen Rider Saber gained the Haouken Xross Saber to become Kamen Rider Xross Saber. So, I theorize that there will be a new Driver instead of a New Stamp. As for what the Final Form will look like, I speculate that it will be a combination of both Revi and Vice (like most people here are speculating). However, I say that this combination would be an upgrade for already established forms. Like Revice Rex would be upgraded. Less that they would fuse, more that they would both get an upgrade.

Come to think of it, wasn't it shown that part of the Revice driver could be removed?

I believe the front of the screen was able to be removed yeah.
