Brilliant. I'm gonna try that if I ever get any of the Gaim SHFs/ACs.

Tried to capture the glow effect, but mannn finding it hard to take a photo under a UV light, had to do some post editing on this one because everything was just sooo blue. But man this figure looks really cool IRL, the glow effect is just so well done, kinda wished they made a Delta with this kind of paint so I could have had a three rider glow display!

Someone needs to use Zangetsu and that flame effect to recreate that scene from episode 9 where he's standing among the flames in the factory.

Awwh man, luigicesare, you're giving me the urge to start building my own sets...would actually solve my problem of not being able to shoot low angle shots because my screen that I use for BGs isn't all that tall haha.

Why are there no good water effects?

What's the green swooshing effect from?

I don't know. I'm hoping some parts of the blue flame effect works for Water Style, once I get said blue flame effect. Oh, maybe the one from Chogokin Saber would work, I had meant to try that, but I forgot.

It was a first run bonus (I think) from a Super Robot Chogokin GaoGaiGar. It was packed separately from the figure, so you can sometimes find it by itself on Mandarake, as I did.

Here you go! sorry for the bad quality had to use my ipad because I have the camera setup for a shot, but yeah these are pretty good for watereffects, on the other side it has these cool spikes that are like small spikes of water hitting off objects as they come towards you that make for a cool wave attack.

Seriously though guys, obitsu effects are absolutely amazing. I got most of mine at HLJ since they have a lot of colours available for back order and they usually deliver on it because it's not a limited run like most things.

Yeah I bought three because of that exact gohan pic you posted haha. Thought it would make for a great ultimate power upgrade shot for whenever I get a figure worthy of such a scene. Also one of the great things about these parts is that the blue matches really nicely with the Tamashii flame effect parts!

Edit: Also I never noticed properly until now but oh man wizard figuarts have massive heads.

Cool, I just ordered a few on AmiAmi, hopefully I'll have some cool pics in a few weeks.

I don't think the Wizard Figuarts heads are out of scale, compared to how big Wizard's head actually looked.

It doesn't look to bad on his wind form but on Land it does look rather big. I do wish they'd do a renewal of Wizard, feels like one of the few figuarts they ballsed up. Like they even knew this since I heard they fixed his problems on later releases like on Infinity.

I bought a couple yellow and blue waves, a blue and yellow one of this, and a green sword slash effect.

How do the slash effects work anyway? I've had some concern about them not working with more oddly shaped blades, like the Daidaimaru or Gokai Saber.

The slash effect is pretty much a flat piece that's meant to stay upright so it's like a slashwave...at least it's meant to stay upright, mine likes to fall down a lot. gotta find a way to keep it propped up.

Oh, I was thinking it had a slot in it to fit over a sword, like the one that comes with Chogokin Saber. Hmmm... :(
