Evidently, they're supposed to be a light blue or cyan. Instead, they're blue. Really blue. Like, bluer than normal Kabuto.

No. None of those are as iconic as Shadow Moon, sadly, and its entirely possible even he wouldn't have his Figuart if it hadn't won that poll.

Yeah I'd say they're done with Black. If anything the only other figures they would do from Black/RX are Roborider and Biorider and those would have to be exclusives. The villains are just too obscure to most people to see a wide release and actually sell.
