EDIT: Also screw the supposed Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi, gimme Kamen Rider Woz for the third Rider. He's gonna bitch smack Sougo into being Oma Zi-O and I'm so down for that.

Tsukuyomi wouldn't get a new belt anyway. If she becomes a Rider it'll be with another Ziku Driver, thus the display.
