I highly doubt Toei would do an actual remold of a previous season's weapon. I mean, swords that turn into guns have been featured several times in previous seasons, but Suzune isn't a remold of any of them. But I could definitely see them re-using the general idea of a sword that is also an axe.

Kamen rider brain just sneeze. I think the South Pole swordsman riders will get repaints. They tease them, but if they're not showing up next month like neo genesis riders, then they'll be fodder like kurotrooper with one wild card powerful rider with a new driver like the thosuer or the typical third rider that typically s debut during the / New Years .

Kamen Rider Brain was an online special with a budget far, far less than a full TV series. Repainting an old prop is very different to repainting and/or retooling an older you and reselling it years later. They’ve never, ever done that, but they repaint props all the time - like the RioTrooper’s weapon, for instance.
