Zenryoku ZenkaiOh in toy version looks weird, especially because the legs...

Apparently, the voice behind the Cannon is Banjo Ginga, the voice of the original “talking” Sentai toy (Abaranger’s Dino Commander). Non-Sentai fans may recognise him as Scorponok/BlackZarak from the Japanese transformers shows and Thanos in the dub of the MCU.
