I got my Boukenred on Saturday. A question for anyone who might now: is the Daibouken shovel he comes with intended for the SRC Daibouken? Or is it just an extra?

I know SRC Daibouken is not out yet, but that was the first thing I thought when I saw it... the pictures of Daibouken I have seen show him with his sword, so I figured Red has the shovel and maybe the Black/Blue two pack will have the pickaxe?

Actually it's for the Akibaranger figuarts to form the inordinate canon from the show.Figured you would like to know.

serious collector question though, ive picked up the KR Wizard WAP series figures 1-7 and the SHF Flame Styles, but im kind of torn whether to just wait for the final form figuarts and keep collecting all the wap's or go try and grab all the figuarts now. was wondering what other people are doing, if anything?

It just now dawned on me that in my up-for-over-24-hour delirium over the weekend, I preordered MMPR Green Ranger on Amazon.

I'll probably be hating myself in the future for going through them given how annoying this wait for Wizard is...

But as for placing the order in general, I find myself surprisingly pleased haha.

I'll probably end up buying MMPR Green right after it gets released.

Got a chance to open up Boukenred last night. Hot damn, what a cool toy. I love his pile of gear, including the Accelular and Accelular in scanning mode. And the inclusion of the snapping fingers makes the figure for me. "Attack!" :D

Here's a question for you guys, how is Figuarts Meteor? I just thought it would be nice to have a Meteor on the shelf to accompany Fourze, but he's not a huge priority or anything.

They had to include the snapping hand. It's iconic for Chief. Though part of my wishes there was a post snap hand in addition to the pre snap hand :lol

Damn right it's iconic! With the open hands, we should be able to get the clapping pose for Boukenblack ("The Fast Adventurer!" *clapclap*) and the thigh slapping pose for Boukenblue ("The High Up Adventurer!" *slap*) as well! :D

I'm also hoping that the two pack will have a Precious Box piece as well.

I will probably never get the Daft Punk figures, but I love the look of them and should I ever find them cheap they'd have a place in my collection.

That's just.... really weird to me. I mean, they're real people. An SHF of a real person has never done before. And really it's only working for these two because we don't see their faces, so they don't look really awkward.

It's most definitely not my cup of tea, but I guess those of you who are fans will love them.

Well technically, the Kamen Riders and Rangers are real people, as they are just people in costumes. Daft Punk is no different. In fact, they are just real guys dressed up as characters.

That's a fair point. I guess in my mind I separated them since, although played by actors, Riders and Rangers are fictional. And all of them are in costumes... so I guess it's really not that different..

In a weird way, Daft Punk are characters in themselves too. They certainly don't represent the musicians' real personalities. I guess this is why Figuarts was willing to try them on as a stepping stone.

Yeah, don't expect this to be a trend. Daft Punk, as they appear in the robot suits, are still somewhat "fictional" in that they're not actually robots, though they do make the music, outside of their LIVE events I very much doubt they compose in costume.

I hope they come with alternate light-up helmets. Which is to say, their otehr helmets that feature the light-up aspects. They don't actually have to have a light up gimmickOR DO THEY?!
