Fourze Episode 46- "Sup-Erior Sagit-Tarius" Discussion

Discuss here! And from the looks of the preview for Episode 47 Leo attacks the moon base, and Kengo will transform into Fourze!

Wow Leo's lasting longer than I thought. Plus Kengo suits up as Fourze? This should prove to be very interesting.

On that note Gamou hasn't been the most active or the most evil but he's certainly one of the bigger jerks of the Kamen Rider franchise.He went from:

Gamou: Aw so you wish to support my goals? I bid you welcome to the Horoscopes!
Members gained:Libra,Virgo(to a certain extent, was triple agent for the Kamen Rider club),Leo

to this:

Gamou:I see you wish for power. I shall make you part of the Horoscopes as that is your destiny!
Members gained:Scorpio,Cancer,Aries,Aquarius,Capricorn,Taurus

And these this:

Gamou: Even if you don't wish to join me I know Libra has found the glow of the constellations in you. You will join the Horoscopes!
Members gained:Gemini(only the dark side of the Switcher)Pisces(didn't truly join the Horoscopes)

And now he's at this point:

Gamou:Soon I shall finally see the Presenters at long last!
Hayami: But wouldn't the pull from the Dark Nebula destory the city and everyone in it?
Gamou:"shrugs" It's a small price to pay to gain the power I rightly deserve!
Hayami:0_0

So yeah, he's up there with both sets of Worms and the Shockers in jerkdom.

After watching the episode I have to say that was a awesome episode! Here's so highlights I found to be interesting:

Kengo has a vision of both Fourze's Switches and the Horoscope Switches entering his body and then the Core Switch pops up. When he clicks it the CS makes a baby's cry which was kinda creepy.

Mr Suspenders finds out Sarina was the Scorpio Zodiarts and he does not take the news well as all.:lol

Gen, Ryu and Hayami visit Gamou's base but Leo has used Gemini's Switch to set up a clone to blast them away, with Hayami getting hit by the blast.

Ran's blue Switch turns red the last time she uses it to fight Leo but as it turns out Hayami was only faking friendship with the Club so he can find their base and get the final Switch needed for the Day of Awaking! However Kengo and Yuki pop up to warn Gamou that what he's doing is a BAD idea. This gives Fourze a chance to use a Limit Break on Sagittarius but Libra gets in the way and ends up dying for it. Sucks to be you Hayami.:p

Kengo then shines with white light and cancels Gamou's travel plans to visit the Presenters. Angry he and Leo vow revenge and teleport away. Ken then faints and as Kickback correctly guessed he had the Core Switch in him all along! Just what is Kengo?

Two other points that are cool to note are the fact that Yuki can cook and has mellowed out a good bit after Erin's arc. This shows that she's grown a lot as a character and is not as hyberactive as she was before.

Also while the Meteor Driver toy has no sounds to work with N Magnet Ryu can use it in the show. The Limit Break he does with Fourze with it was neat to see.

All in all a great two parter to set up the last battle. Just what is Kengo really? He's certainly not human but what is it he truly is?

This is what I think.

The flashback of the previous episode showed Gamou and Kengo's father on the moon and Kengo's father finding the Core Switch.

The preview for next weeks episode shows Kengo's father pushing the Core Switch, followed by a scene with a baby.

Obviously, the switch transformed in to a baby which grew up to be Kengo.

This is the timeline I think everything happened.

- Gamou and Kengo's father travel to the moon and find the Core Switch (as seen last episode)
- Kengo's father returns to Earth with Gamou, and then pushes the Core Switch, giving "birth" to Kengo (next week's preview)
- Kengo's father professes everything to Emoto (his fear of Gamou and the switches, what happened to the Core Switch, etc.) SPECULATION
- Kengo's father lies to Gamou about the Core Switch (senses Gamou's evil/power-hungry attitude), hence why Gamou has no idea where the Core Switch is (believes it to be lost as stated in a previous episode) SPECULATION
- The trio go to the moon and discover 1-8 of the Horoscope switches (Saggitarious, Virgo, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Aries at least) and Gamou has Emoto betray Kengo's father (as seen in previous episode, switch retrieval speculation)
- Emoto, feeling guilty for what he did to his true friend and knowing the truth of the Core Switch, betrays Gamou (sensing and knowing his intentions) and creates the Gate Switch and Meteor Driver, as well as the MBUS (previous episode, stated by Emoto)
- Emoto creates the USB drive with all the information for Kengo

That's my best guess anyways.

FINALLY!!!!

Anyway, I figured Hayami was bluffing. But I didn't think it would end like that...

Wow, didn't expect Hayami to be a double agent or to go out like that. And looks like I (and pretty much everyone else) was pretty close but not on the nose with Kengo's relation to the Core Switch. Just two more episodes left & I can't wait to watch both!

I can't help but wonder now if the DX COre Switch will actually make baby noises now. :lol

god damn that fist fight in the ocean was awesome...

I'm really looking forward to next week's episode! Kengo vs Leo, more backstory on the Core Switch and of course more Virgo, who is the most badass of all the Horoscopes. He was pretty cool and I'm still kinda bummed Leo the Gary Stu outlived both him and Libra the sissyman.

I actually did expect Libra to be playing possum. It just seemed too good be true that he would go all out after being an evil dick all this time :lol And I must say that these episodes just keep getting better week to week. I had a thought that Kengo may be the switch, now we see that the Core Switch gave birth to him and that he needs to return to the Presenters. Libras' sacrifice was epic but I still wish he turned for good. That battle was really headed somewhere til he got in the way and saved Gamou. And I absolutely CAN NOT WAIT for Kengo to become Fourze. I've dreamt of that happening since the show started.

I'm calling it now.
Kengo is a presenter.

shhh there's still another twist coming.

Ryusei had the best henshin and line:

"Hayami! You're the biggest piece of crap I know" all while doing his henshin pose. Followed with HENSHIN!, and finally another blueball Meteor rush past Leo and to Fourze's side. LOVED IT.

Calling it now - if Kengo does indeed return to the Presenters, we now have our post-Fourze movie storyline focus.

Not gonna lie, I thought libra had actually turned good =p then for a second I thought he might just be doing it to get all the switches for himself to screw Gamou over. Alas I was wrong.

I think we got a glimpse of Sagitarius supernova form too in the preview, looked like him at least, although it would be kind of cool if it was either a presenter or Kengo's presenter form (if that's what he is.) I think that would make for a pretty epic final battle.

I'm calling it right now and say Kou will use the Taurus,Libra and Pisces Switches before he bites the big one. After all we have to get all of the Horoscopes in some way or form, right?

Also going to say that if we can see a Presenter that would be the bee's knees.

I'm calling this.
Kengo decides to stay on earth.
Possible ship with him and Yuki.
The presenters do something that causes Gamou's defeat.

Well, that was a pretty awesome episode. I don't want it to be here, but at the same time, I'm looking forward to the finale.
I was expecting Libra to fake the explosion to take the switches for himself and try to replace Gamou, but I guess I was wrong in that regard. Rider Railgun Strike was the coolest finisher ever.
