Power Rangers Super Samurai Complete Series DVD/BluRay in December!
 

Today is a good day for both old AND new Power Rangers season! :)

The good people at TV Shows On DVD have also confirmed the complete release of "Power Rangers Super Samurai" on DVD AND Blu Ray on December 4th! Suggested retail prices are 29.99 for DVD and 39.99 for BluRay

This is unexpected. Never in a million years would i even think something like PR could be released on Blu Ray. The price is great too, for 40$ I'm considering this, if only to have Shinkenger footage in HD.

So they just skipping Power Rangers Samurai? Good news anyway :)

Its tempting, but I don't particularly want a Super Samurai set unless there's a Samurai one to go with it...

No thank you. They'll be on Netflix sooner or later.

Though I'm not interested in the set per se, I see this as very good news. The possibility of Power Rangers on Blu-Ray has become a reality. Maybe, just maybe, Megaforce will be an amazing show and worth owning on Blu-Ray.

So this is all 40 episodes then, right?

Probably not. If it's only Super Samurai it'll just be the second half of the show.

Well that is stupid. When are they releasing the first half then?

I'm with every one why is season 19 coming out befor 18? But i'm still going to buy season 19. So far what we'v goten on dvd is the season 1-7 box sets season 15 came out a few years a go & now were getting season 19.
Heres hopping we get seasons 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 16 17 & 18 on dvd as well.

Releasing the latest season first happens a lot when shows are new to blu ray and aren't proven sellers like Star Trek or whatever. Supernatural started out with like Season 5, IIRC, then slowly released the earlier ones. It's because they're unsure of sales, and think more people will buy the newest season.
