Super Robot Chogokin Daizyujin in package photos!
 

Hobby Search has just uploaded in package photos of the highly anticipated Super Robot Chogokin Daizyujin, AKA The Megazord from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, indicating that the long awaited releases is finally in warehouses, getting ready to ship.

I'll eventually get that. I hope Bandai does other mechs from Sentai in that style, especially Dairen-O and Won Tiger.

Well, they've already got Dekaranger Robo, MagiKing, Gokai-Oh, and Shinken-Oh.

Soul of Chogokin.

Soul of Chogokin hasn't had a release in a while, though. It was basically considered dead until they went balls-out crazy with that new Mazinger Z.

due have articulated TRexk or dragon ceaser would be awesom and they can still come bine with each other

It seems the line is dead. We had three released last year and Daizyujin is the only one for this year, despite all the prototypes that were shown previously. I guess they've been waiting to see how he'll do before releasing more, but considering his popularity with US fans, it's obviously going to do very well, so who knows if we'll see any more after this. We haven't even seen Go-buster Ace or Oh yet and they should have been assured.

If it's the popularity of PR that boosts the sales, that might mean we have a good chance of getting Ryuseioh at least.

Two came out this year. Magiking was released in March.

Damn that thing still looks fanfreakingtasic. Can't wait to get mine :D

I just hope they get some more 90's mechas in this line. Top of my list are Muteki Shogun, Galaxy Mega, and Tetra Boy (Yes, Tetra Boy).

PS If GekiTouja ever gets a release, I hope the right shin is either the purple wolf zord or they include both right left options.

The line is not dead, there's a gurren lagann and gunbuster rumored to be coming out in the line, and even if we talk power rangers/super sentai robos only in the line, they already teased boukenger's mecha

Super Robot Chogokin is not a super sentai merchandise line, its a line where bandai makes amazing versions of all kinds of super robos, they'll get to more sentai robots soon enough

I'm fairly sure he only meant Sentai mecha.

And while they've teased DaiBouken, they've also shown numerous prototypes since (not to mention Sun Vulcan Robo which was unveiled near the line's beginning) and nothing has really come of it. Dead might not be the best word to describe it, but SRC seems to be more preoccupied with other Super Robots such as the GGG cast right about now.

does any else think sentai mech would be better in soul of chogokin line due to we could get still a show accuarate mecha/robo and they can still de combine in to five componetes or zords or machine

I could see them releasing GekiWolf as a part of a series of sets, like the Key to Victory sets for SRC GaoGaiGar.

The price Soul of Chogokin Sentai mecha would command fills me with dread though :lol

They'd lose detail and/or be too clunky if they were able to combine and separate, etc. We may get other configurations, if the line continues, but they'll just be individual releases, without a combination gimmick. Gouryujin is a possibility, for example, but Dragon Caeser himself is unlikely, because he wouldn't exactly be the most articulated figure. Although he would look amazing.

Ryuseioh, Dairenoh and Won Tiger are all much more likely, in my opinion.

The way the shoulders fold down makes me wonder if the helmet folds back like the original toy. If that is a feature it makes me wonder if they are planning the Dragon Zord to add onto it. Although I think I would just prefer dedicated molds for those alternate modes.
