This one is a little easier. I left out some of them because, frankly, they were only in a small handful of episodes (Tanya's boyfriend, the Jewish computer guy). Who was it?

NOTE: Billy left out because he was obviously the best supporting character (till he left to bang an alien).

I really have to re-watch Zeo. I don't remember Jason having a girlfriend or Tommy having a brother. But then again i haven't seen it since it originally aired.

I've been rewatching it lately, but I've yet to come across either. Of course, I'm not even to Gold Ranger episodes yet. I do remember Tommy's brother though. He was a Gold Ranger red herring, JDF's real life brother, and he revealed that Tommy is part Native American (Meaning Native American Red Ranger. Oh Saban...).

Picking between Bulk or Skull? Hrm...I'll have to go with Skull, since I always slightly preferred him and he plays piano like a badass.

As for Jason's "girlfriend", she shows up towards the tail end of the series. She's a pretty good character, if only for having a different face at the Juice Bar.
