Power Rangers Megaforce Trading Card Game Announced
 

ICv2 recently published an interview with Bandai marketing manager Danny Satyapan, who revealed the company's plans for a Power Rangers Trading Card Game to coincide with the release of Power Rangers Megaforce.

When asked about the game, which is due for release in February, Mr Satyapan had this to say:

Fans of Megaforce's Super Sentai equivalent Tensou Sentai Goseiger will know that it also had a similar tie in game - the arcade/collectible card game Super Sentai Battle: Dice-O.

So... no Megaforce Megazord?

I'm not even that big of a Gosei fan, but this is good news. I might actually get the morpher and a lot of those cards, given that it can actually read them. It would be stupid for them not to.

Yeah, if they go all out on the morpher and it has proper card compatibility I'm in for this too.

I am... Hopeful. Gosei Great Megazord, Sea Megazord. The fact they're taking the time to make these cards might mean a decent Tensouder release. For the first time, in a long time, I am very hopeful.

I wonder if this means we'll see an American Dice-O machine?

hopfully this trading card game is uk avalible due to i have not seen any of the samurai cards that were realsed in the US over here yet

heres hoping we get a good Tensouder cause ill be all over those cards too if it can actually use them

EDIT: On second thoughts, after looking at a video I might be thinking of the other chibi figures. I didn't realise there was more than one type. Sorry to get your hopes up.

nope my nearest entertainer would be burmingham and i live in south west near a town called weymouth that has a toymaster and is shit with power ranger stuff

Ugh. "Gosei Great Megazord"? I actually think I would prefer it being the Megaforce Megazord. Honestly, they're not doing a good job at making me think this won't be Goseiger but with American actors who suck at their job. Not like I'm ever gonna watch it anyway. :p

I might actually grab some of these. I like my Pokemon cards a fair deal, so we'll just have to see if this is enough to make me crack.

I'm very doubtful about that. Arcades seem to be far too scarce for this kind of thing to be popular enough with kids. The trading card game sans machine would be the safest bet.
