Bluefin's setup booth at New York Comic Con has given us the first glimpse of a new Super Robot Chogokin entry- Daibouken from Boukenger!

I'm not a fan of DaiBouken's design but cool to see the show getting love. I'm hoping this means Bluefin may be able to release the BoukenRed figuarts domestically.

I actually really dislike the design, but these SRC's never fail to impress me.

Why DaiBouken? Why not DaiRen-O? Or Ryuusei-O?

Will be getting this - partly because I need all the SRC Sentai mecha in my life, and partly to please Den-O ;)

Probably to vary things a little, releasing two 90's era mecha's in a row probably isn't the best idea, especially if they want younger fans to be interested. Either that, or they'll just save those two for another slump in the sales, I'm sure Daizyujin is going to massively boost this lines popularity.

Daibouken isn't one of my favourites, but he's definitely pretty different looking than any of the currently released ones.
