Toy Fair 2012 - Kamen Rider Figuarts Images
17 Attachment(s)
Fresh from the 2012 Toy Fair event in New York City are several images from the Bandai booth, showcasing their usual assortment of Kamen Rider figuarts.

so, does that mean we're getting a US release?
|
Aren't the Cyclone Joker and Fang Joker in the first pics the Figureirse?

I don't think the display means they'll be seeing a US release since I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time they've done this... But boy is it nice to dream. |
They're already released in the US, guys.
|
I was meaning a wider release, not overly expensive ones on BBTS that never get stocked and the very few ones on Amazon.
|
I'M SAVING MY PENNIES FOR KNIGHT, BANDAI ;-;
They really need to stop teasing us with these. |
I'm REALLY Hoping they're planning on an American release.
|
What's going on with the Skyrider on display? Looks more like SIC than the Figuarts version.

On a side note, someone really needs to pose their figures for them. |

What Bluefin has been doing is very awesome, and it's more than just getting the stuff into specialty shops for reasonable prices. My Ultra-Act Glenfire came with a QC error in the elbow. If I had bought him from AmiAmi, I'd have to contact them and wait for approval for a replacement (which I've done in the past) mail the toy back to them at my own expense, and wait for the replacement. With this, I just walked into my local import shop (Image Anime) and they swapped it out for me. It's not a store-by-store basis, either. One of the things that Bluefin is pushing is their customer support in the US. |
To clarify, those shots were taken at the bluefin booth, not ban dai. Sorry for the miscommunication!
|
Is it just me or is that a different double figuart than the one that is out now, because the elbow is green on the cyclone side instead of black.

I think the two W figures (CycloneJoker and FangJoker) are actually Figurise model kits.
Compare the FJ, which has hand articulation to this: Model Kit http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...L._AA1338_.jpg vs. S.H. Figuarts http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41ioRidi4uL.jpg |

Yeah, those are definitely the Figurerise W kits. The heads are too round, there's finger articulation, the memories are individually colored, etc.
