Bluefin to Distribute SH Figuarts Wizard FlameStyle in US!
 

After some hopeful but enigmatic teasing, Bluefin's Facebook Page has confirmed that Kamen Rider Wizard's first SH Figuart will be available to US buyers!

Flame Style will open for orders in March 2013 at the relatively decent price of 44.99 USD

Bluefin also ensures us that their release WILL include the special Effects Parts for Wizards' cape! :D

Now they just need to get the other three forms.

Glad this is going through Bluefin and I can get it through my job. To be perfectly honest I like Wizard, but after how disappointing the Fourze Figuarts were, I have no desire to pay retail for these. Now at cost I'm more than happy to get this one :)

well hopefully that means he'll be easy to get like Shinkenred was and ill be able to get him for pretty cheap

I pre-ordered it already for about that. This is still good news for us collectors here in the US though.

Kamen Rider Wizard is my first Kamen Rider series and I don't usually follow SH Figuarts releases, but if this is getting a US release, I might just go for it

Wizard does not have a first release bonus (check AmiAmi's product page. They note first release bonuses). Bluefin is just insuring people it has everything. Probably because of what happened with Red Hawk.

You mean how they neutered the Red Hawk release? I really hope they don't continue that trend :( Their distribution makes it so easy for me to get mainline releases (and the occasional exclusive) through my job.

It was legal reasons. Bluefin is not allowed to release Akibaranger, Boukenger, or Dekaranger. They were allowed to release Jetman, but the build-a-thing part was an Akibaranger item. It was either not release Red Hawk at all or release it without the build-a-thing part. I'm glad they picked the latter.

I understand the reasons dude. I would have preffered them not releaseing him at all if they couldn't releaes the entire thing though. I'm not interested in buying figures that don't come as they were originally intended or with less accessories than they should. Obviously this was a special case as it came with an item from a series that they can't distribute for so I don't see this kind of problem popping up too often. But I'd hope they don't do something like this again.

So, what retailers will carry this? I assume at least Amazon and BBTS will be in on it. I'm still new to the pre-ordering tokusatsu figuarts thing so I'm completely clueless (although that's not much of a difference than normal :lol ).

Oh okay, it's a 3rd rode piece for when he uses Engage. I thought they ment the one he has for other action poses. Good to hear Bluefin is bringing that over...and bad on AmiAmi for getting it wrong. :p

Amazon, BBTS, and comic shops through Diamond (I think it's Diamond). I'm sure there's more, but those are the main places. Amazon tends to be the best.

I hate to say I agree with you, cause I think its better to get some form of the release then none at all, but I ordered the north american release for RedHawk, only to regret it and then went and ordered the original release... now I have the NA version and nothing to do with it
