What new Rider motifs would you like to see?
 

Unlike Sentai, which has been going for 36 years straight, Kamen Rider hasn't covered many motifs with show and its rider at least compared to Sentai. Its mostly been bugs until the Hesiei era. So, what motif do you think would be good for a new rider series?

Personally, I would love to see a dinosaur based rider series and themed rider. (Fang memory and Putotyra don't count) I would like for the belt to be a T-rex head where the Rider would stick a form changing fossil like USB device into it in order to transform. Maybe a cameo from the zyu/abarangers would appear in one of the movies?

I had an idea way back in the day. (This was during the time of Den-O)

Kamen Rider NEOS- Keys fell from the sky, each containing a unique power. If one was filled with negative thoughts, the key would insert itself into the person's forehead, turning into a small mask that appeared invisible to normal humans, that allowed them to turn into monsters known as Kamien. Our hero, found the 4 keys that allowed him to transform- the Neo, Evangelist, Original, Savior keys. Using these in his lock-like NEOS Driver, he would transform into NEOS. He eventually gained two other forms, Dynasty and Xcalibur. With all six keys, he'd become NEOS DX.

The Motif- Judgement from Golden Sun- Neo is Lion Based, Evangelist is Angel based, Original is Bull Based, and Savior is Eagle Based. Dynasty is a ninja based form, while Xcalibur is a knight based form.

I'd like to see a Turtle themed Rider (and no, I'm not counting that 1/3rd of an OOO form). He'd be like Agito's Burning form, slow, but powerful and has a thick armor. Maybe not a main rider, but something I'd like to see.

Also would like to see them revisit the ninja theme. ZX looks so dated.

My fan-Rider(who I should really have a thread for on here like with Judenger)'s motif is sorta tech-based like Faiz, but it also has letter and ranged weapon themes. Each form would have a different gun, but the forms would be called "classes", similar to Fourze's States, Wizard's Styles, etc. The compound eyes would be the first letter of the Class' name mirrored(ie: the base form is Grunt Class, so the compound eyes would be the letter "G"). The secondary rider would use melee weapons, and he'd be more mystically powered than the first rider.

I really want to see a new Rider series about a guy who gets captured by an evil organization and surgically altered into a cyborg with an insect motif. He then breaks free and sets out to fight the organization that rebuilt him. It's been over twenty years now, let's do the retro origin again, even if just for one show.

I want to see that ninja design that was floating around before the Wizard reveal happened.

Kamen Rider The First says Hello.

I think this thread already exists somewhere, because I remember making a post about a nanotech Rider. But honestly? I'd love something completely off the wall. A western Cowboy styled Rider. He can ride a mecha horse that turns into armor, and have a steston with one of those Clint Eastwood Ponchos (Empty Foul-Mouthed Chair Optional).

I'm partly with Switchblade in that I would love to see a new Cyborg Rider. And have it mean more than "he can jump really high, & punch/kick really hard". Like, give him rocket fists, jets in his legs, basically have gadgets pop out of every point in his body. Or maybe that's over doing it.

let it be called Go go Gadget Rider inspector Gadget Rider and make him look like Gadget and Give the Villain and Dr Claw feel

I don't want a remake of the original, I want to see Toei bring back the classic Showa origin that most of the Riders shared. Just for one series.

That sounds way too much like my least favorite parts of Fourze. I'd want a fully retro Rider with a punch, a kick, and maybe some kind of weapon that stores in the belt.

Only if the evil organization is Foundation X and the show ends with past Riders (W onwards) appearing to help the new guy take them down once and for all.

i would like another kamen rider show that has the main Rider not being the Title Character of the show like Ryuki Knight was the main and Ryuki was basicly secondary Rider

Ryuki was the main character of Ryuki, and that idea would only make sense if the title referred to a team of Riders, like with team based Tokusatsu shows.

well to me knight felt like the main Rider due to he was the first Rider we saw in the show and also was the Rider the finished every thing off at the end where as ryuki ened up dead so i all ways go for the rider the shows first and end the villians at the ened as the main

I'm going to pretend I understand that.
The series followed Shinji/Ryuki. His actions and interactions with others moved the plot forward.
Just because another character is prominent doesn't mean he's the main character.

And I want a lucha libre style Rider, with prominence on high flying grapples.

I'm kinda wanting a ninja themed Rider, with a samurai final form. My second choice would be a new cyborg Rider.

The world is ready for a cyborg hero. Just not Sub Zero.

Kamen Rider Shocker!

I had an idea called Kamen Rider Giga. The title is an homage to Swiss artist H. R. Giger, and the motif is sci-fi horror. As such, the Kamen Rider would have an Alien-like appearance and the Kaijin would be formed by bursting out of the chests of their host bodies.

This certainly would make for an interesting alternate universe series. I would be all over this in a heartbeat!

I had an idea a while back about a car/vehicle themed Kamen Rider. He wouyld have different forms based on different vehicles, like Racecar form being fast, Tank form having a gun, Jet form being able to fly... They would be accessed with Keys (like Gokaiger)

The secondary rider would be army themed and have two forms: Soldier and Elite- Soldier being the basic form, with a firearm like the Trigger Magnum, while Elite would have tech like cloaking (camoflage suits) and an awesomer gun.

They would be Kamen Rider Turbo and Kamen Rider Military. And they would be awesome

i think i would go for a SD Card or CD style theme it more based on an annuversary but the Driver would be a SD card read thing where as the CD be a player each SD or CD or have Diffrent Rider and a Diffrent slot like maximum Drive on Double to accesses past Rider Forms and would have DNA themed suit or Nano Tech that has info on the past Riders

I would only be down for a CD-themed rider if the secondary rider was cassette tape themed. That would be glorious.

Kamen Rider Soundwave!

I would like to see a pure ice themed Rider. Yes we've had Tiger and Rei but they were more based off animals with an ice motif to them.

I had back in 07 I came up with a rider series was Egyptian theme to it.

Food. I want a food themed rider. He could have a Spicy form, a Drink form, and his final form would be Dessert form! His weapons would be kettle that sprays boiling water, a spatula that straightens to a sword, a wok shield, a pair of giant chop sticks that connect to form nunchaku, and a rice cooker that doubles as a flying guillotine.

And the ironic thing is that he'd be a terrible chef.

I know it says new: But I wouldn't mind seeing an Updated Amazon. They made The First and The Next rather enjoyable.
