Saban Brands and the people at Samuraicast have given Power Rangers fans an early Christmas present in the form of an official photo of the cast of Power Rangers Megaforce in their high school outfits!

While we've known the news that Megaforce would be returning Power Rangers to a high school setting for a while now, this is the first look we've had at the set itself. Could the series be making a return to Angel Grove High?

The blue ranger looks like a teacher, not a stundent. Moreso than the other "teenagers."

Well, you need to remember that the original Mighty Morphin' team were a little old themselves to be playing as teens.

Just a rumor,Angel Grove returns?!
 

Seems like a new rumor is going around that Megaforce could be taking place in Angel Grove (which would be ironically delicious).A photo was posted on Facebook by one of the actors of all 5 of them in a school.

I hope it is true,would make sense being the Anniversary.And it would allow them to use a reworked/reprogrammed Alpha as Tensou.

They use that school alot in television and movies. It could be the same building, and a different town, but you never know. I'd welcome it.

All the Angel Grove sets are in California*, they film PR in New Zealand now. If it does take place in Angel Grove, it won't be any of the same sets.

*Including the outside of Lore's base- I mean the Command Center

I forgot about that. Well, they could use another school and call it Angel Grove.

Remember angel Grove changed when they had the movie of MMPR

It would be cool if the setting for Mega Force would indeed be in Angel Grove. Makes it more nostalgic.

Even if it was Angel Grove high. The last time we saw it was 18 years ago , things could have changed. A giant monster could have stepped on the old one!

It would be a nod to MMPR and Gosei Angels all at once.

Grate pic. Man i sooooo hope the Angel Grove info is real that wood be grate for Power Rangers. To have Rangers there again wood be cool for us fan's of the first season's. Why have we not seen a Megaforce Trailer yet?

It would be wierd to see the rangers as teens after so long, yet I am looking foward to it.

So wait...does this mean that Bulk and Skull could return as school faculty?

Damn that's a shame. Bringing back some of the actors as teachers would have worked really well. It's a shame Ernie passed away or we could see the old juice bar again too :(

Anyway, I don't see why people are complaining about Noah's uniform: I dressed similarly in high school. This may be part of the reason I am/was considered weird, bug-men and car-robots aside.
