Power Rangers Samurai Bull Megazord
 

The final gallery in Tokunation's look back at the Samurai toy line is none other than the first foldingzord, the mighty Bull Zord! The Bull Megazord is a scaled down, electronics free adaptation of Shinkenger's Mougyudaioh but is still fairly screen accurate. The figure can transform from ox and cart to megazord mode or it can combine with the other 10 foldingzords (not counting the Light Zord or Shark Zord) to become the gargantuan Samurai Gigazord.

I'll give BOA credit where it's due. They did a pretty good job on the Bullzord.

I think this looks like a great translation of BoJ's product. I just wish they'd advertised it with the same... zeal.

Now this I want. For the discs and the Zord. But it also hightlights a real problem I wish they'd have thought about.

Ape. Just hanging off the back in limb mode, like we're supossed to pretend his ankle doesn't have a damn arm hanging off the back. How hard would it have been to include a non-transformable Ape Origami that connects onto the ankle? Not very.

I dont have the Bull but for the DaikaiShinken-Oh form I just fold the bottom half of the ape up onto the top half. its not accurate but its helluva lot better then an arm having off his hip

id love to actually find this bastard though, I could find him everywhere until I found Ika, since then I havnt seen him once

And yet again... that is the worst idea ever.

It should have just been able to fold up in the first place.

Besides the legs not being able to collapse to form an actual cart, this one's pretty good IMO. Would've loved a big guy like this as a kid.

I got the Japanese release (bigger, electronics, stiffer in appearance). Man. I got it at a bargainprice but feel really let down. Transformation is simple as hell for the size. If it werent so satsfying to combine into Samurai Haoh I'd boycott it completely.

Looking at both these pics, plus the set I have right now, it was well worth every last penny of the $130 I plopped down to get the full set.

Also, and I guess I'm speaking foe everyone else here, if anyone can find a way to modify the Ape Zord to fold properly, please let me/us know.

I held off on him until I could find an octozord, now that I have an octozord all the bull zords over here have vanished. Tis crazy.

yea i know what you mean when i was on holiday seeing my girlfriend i Saw this in there entainer and i payed full price for it and then i went on looking or i imported the other 2 zords octo and shark

Is this recommendable? It's the only DX Megazord here in the Philippines. I might wait for the DX Samurai Megazord to go on sale since I'm completing the minipla version.

I don't have it, but I think it looks pretty decent. The only negative I see is that the legs don't form a very convincing cart to be pulled by the bull, but otherwise it looks great. Here's a review to help you decide:

I think the Bullzord was BoA's triumph in the Samurai line. Take the overly-large, gimmick laden MougyudaiOh and turn it into something with much better proportions, in scale with the other Megazords.

Still lots of them around my area. I had a Bullzord before the rerelease of the Octozord.

I love my Bullzord, it just seems right in Megazord mode

I got mine off of Amazon for 32 bucks, free shipping even! Never saw it in stores at all, but I figured it would be that price if I ever did see it. So, I felt it was a good deal.

no luck just seen all the aux zords and the dx giga zord. not the toyrus one the one that just has to look of the gigazord. also alot of rangers missing their sword and other gear. guessing someone in my area went on a 5 finger discount on certain weapons for their power rangers.

I bought him back at utah on vacation when people were just starting to find him. Also i saved time and effort and bought octozord off amazon so bull was i think the second to last for me (cant recall if i got sharkzord before or after it). Great final combined mode.
