A listing on Amazon.com has revealed an image of the Power Rangers Megaforce Mini Battle Figures pack. This 6 figure set includes super deformed 2" figures of the Megaforce team and Robo Knight. The set will also include one Megaforce Action Card - card P-061 Megaforce Red.

Adorable! A good match up for the SD Samurai set, although that one had a Mooger instead of the extra senshi like this one does.

Japanese word for warrior, because they don't say "ranger" in Sentai.

Apart from, y'know, ranger keys.

I meant, they don't say ranger to refer to individual warriors. Ranger Keys are a different beast entirely.

Is it wrong I only want this for the Gosei Knight? I want that little guy to go with my Figuarts Gosei Knight.

It is not wrong in the least. You could always buy it for the SD Gosei Knight and then try to move the core team.

And the reason I said "extra senshi" in this case is only because Gosei Knight is not a 6th Ranger. I don't mind saying "6th Ranger" or whatnot, but he's of that "other" group, like Bullblack and Signalman and the like.

I like it. Not enough to buy it for myself, but my cousin's kid is into Power Rangers to. I think I have his birthday present.

I'd probably just keep the core team around, cause you can't break up a Ranger team. :D

I don't recall them referring to rangers as senshi either. At least not on any regular basis. I'm pretty sure they just call them heroes.

"Extra senshi" was the term I had always heard in the fandom for the additional members of the sentai team after the core members. No reason you can't use "Extra Hero" or whatever; I think the term is somewhat out of use and "old fashioned" at this point. (I think I first heard it used in like 1998 or so.)

In any event I am glad that Gosei Knight is included instead of the evil minion like in the Samurai SD boxed set. I would have liked the Samurai set a lot more if it had all 6 of the Rangers in it.
