Our friends over at the Rangercrew blog have been provided with a number of press photos for Power Rangers Megaforce. Most notably among these images include a better look at Gosei, the mentor of this season, and the mysterious "ranger keys" that decorate the Megaforce rangers' base.

Shows Gosei's design, a closer look at the keys on the wall and more shots of the rangers and the Gosei Morphers.

So instead of using the Master Head prop, which already existed, they're just making Gosei a GIANT Tensouder? This is ridiculous.

So much for Master Head being used. And if Datas isn't going to be used, I can't imagine what Tensou will look like.

While I have no real problem with Gosei being a giant Tensouder rather than Master Head (because that was never a particularly great design either), looking at these pics makes me worry that its going to be some sort of horrible CGI monstrosity.

Gosei the egotist. Zordon only named the mechs after himself, Gosei wants his face to be the morpher. BRANDING!

To me, it looks more like Gosei is going to be attached to the wall of that... cave?

I kinda like that Gosei is the morpher. I am just getting flashbacks of legends of the hidden temple and the talking tiki head...

Probably, but I was referring if that thing plans to emote any futher than just talking or having the mouth flap up and down :lol

i love how blue in the first picture looks. he's just like "oh gawd..." :lol

I couldn't imagine it needing to do more than serving exposition.

I get the feeling that Gosei will speak telepathically.

I think just it's eyes will glow when speaking.

I love Gosei is a giant-ass Tensouder :lol It looks like the Temple Master from that Temple game show Nick used to have.. Which might also explain the voice. Think it does riddles?

That pic of them in school looks very Angel Grove like. Maybe they do go to Angel Grove????

also they did say they were going to be original and mmenchen they weren't going to use the master header stuff so going with a giant tensouder is way awesome

He's talking continuity-wise. They haven't filmed in America for 10 years, but the shows always take place in America. It could easily be Angel Grove in show, even if none of the original sets are available.

Looking at the first pic, I'm pretty sure those are ranger keys.

And stop with the Ranger Key idea. We already had a confirmation a while ago, it was in one of the news posts, they're using cards. Also look at the toy. If they were using keys we'd have seen them by now. Not Ranger Cards.

It amuses me that there's so many "green ranger" things in the base (the "keys", a green panel thing) yet the team itself has a black ranger :lol

I cant wait for the show to start! Im excited for it. I noticed that there has ben no mention of Bulk, Skull or Spike sadly. Please correct me if i have missed that info.

You say that now. Just wait until Skull returns this season as the Power Rangers version of Basco with Spike as Sally! :D Yeah! Er, maybe not :P

Hell no! The last thing we want Gosei to be is another Dimitria.

If that happens I'm coming straight for you, Marley. Basco was one of the only true joys in all of Gokaiger.

So awesome that they had to abandon her main gimmick halfway through because it just didn't work :p

I wasn't referring to her leaving, I was referring to fact they dropped her talking in riddles halfway through Turbo because it wasn't working (which was supposed to be her gimmick, given she came from the planet Inquiris or whatever).

Come to think of it, they dropped the idea that she was Divatox' sister too, so she's a failure of a character on that level too.
