We have a special treat for you. We teased it probably a year ago when I came in to posession of a number of 10+ year old TereMag magazines from Japan. Today seems like a great day to throw up one of the magazines for you all to look at and pay homage to the things of the past.

Featured in this issue are KyuuKyuu Sentai GoGoV (Lightspeed Rescue), a poster for GoGoV vs GingaMan (Lost Galaxy vs. Lightspeed Rescue), Kamen Rider Kuuga, and Ultraman Gaia. There's also some brief Godzilla love in here for all you monster fans as well!

Special thanks to Tony Bacala for not realizing what he was creating when he sent me a package in the mail nearly a year and a half ago.

I like how the return of Kamen Rider should have been this huge thing and warranted a feature and it's just a vector image of Kuuga's face twice.

I'd forgotten how badass the Godzilla 2000 suit is

... that is ultraman tiga...

Ultraman Gaia's in there too. So is Dyna, Agul, Nice, and UltraSeven(who's probably there because of something to do with Ultraman Neos).

Why Tiga's on the cover, is a mystery.

Very nostalgic images for me. I grew up with PRLSR, Ultraman Tiga, and Godzilla. Thanks for posting these.

I can just imagine the thoughts of a Japanese kid in 1999 after seeing this magazine.

"Oh my gosh!! Kamen Rider is coming back next year! I can't wait! Wow, Godzilla, Ultraman, and a Super Sentai crossover???!!! All this and that new Pokemon game Gold and Silver are going to blow my mind."

It's actually no mystery if one is aware of the movie Ultraman Tiga: The Final Odyssey which would get significant promotion around that time similar to Kamen Rider Kuuga.

Ah. Didn't know it was after Tiga ended...
