Kotobukiya's Metal Gear Rex model kit, and Figma Yukiko Amagi.

I cannot justify getting the ThreeA one, it's nice but i'm not seeing where all the money is going, I opted for the model kit instead

Got Raven, Angel of Azeroth Ame-Comi statue today. It's really quite attractive.

I haven't built it yet, I will once I'm done a Gundam I'm painting but he looks like a fun build. Only complaint I have so far is that the army deco you see in all the production photos is absent from the actual kit itself.

Planning to go all out on him once the weather gets nicer.

And my first ranger key has arrived. And it was pretty quick. Ordered it on Tuesday, came, well today obviously. First member of le XWX Key collection is a Gashphon (sp?) Blue Buster.

Jealous.

I'll have a pretty Wild haul later today myself though :)

So much manliness!

Got me some Ninja Zords, primarily as a back up, primarily because I wanted a Crane zord.
They have peeling stickers, but I'm probably going to grab the Kaku stickers off Reprolabels anyway.
Aside from that (And minor paint scratching on the Bear and Falcon), they're great (Missing ape swords, but those were superfluous anyway. What really matters is the Bear's mouth spike thingy).
(I also got them at a reasonable price of $50. Don't be elbowed and nudged to buy these things at $100 kids)

Bit the bullet and bought a Red Buster Figuart.
Cut down to $7 and a decent design? Why not. I have no desire to collect all the Reds, but he looks nice, at least (Also needed another Sentai character to go with ShinkenRed)

I think the grand total I paid was $16 (Shipping from Japan and what not).

That $20 DaiZyuJin is crazy.

I didn't even catch that. Makes me wish I held off on getting Red Buster so I could order them both together.

They also have BoukenRed for 1400. I'm picking it up, Red Buster and probably DaiZyuJin as well. I wonder what other goodies they have...

Edit: ah bugger, DaiZyuJin is sold out.

I'd continue looking, but I just got Daizyujin (Which had a whopping stock of 3 when I placed my order, didn't want to risk losing it at $20. Move quickly!) and Red Buster, so I'm good.

Yeah, I just placed an order for Red Buster. I had some points from my only other purchase from CDJapan a long while back. My first ever Sentai purchase actually, the Mobirates and Set DX. Either way, came out to $14 shipped. That's money I don't need to be spending, but I couldn't pass that up.

Actually, not really. It's an amazing haul, and I love me some GekiTouja, but the only toy of him that I want is the SRC or Retrofire.
Though GekiWolf is a thing of beauty, I must say.

I like the show just fine. I just don't think it's the greatest sentai ever made ;) Never had the toys but I got a great deal on the lot. Touja is about what I expected, no suprises, Wolf is cool, Bat is actually really awesome, Elephant isn't too bad, and Shark is just awful. Gekifire isn't nearly as nice as I'd imagined. But the motorized gimmick is much better than Toujas'.

Every time I find Fire or Touja for a decent price, I watch a review of them and that always turns me off of them. :\

Anyway, I figured Shark would suck. His combination was always so uninspired.
Glad to know Bat is cool, though. His design was great.

I'm definitely getting the SRC when it comes out. And this reminds me, I have the Retrofire, and it really bugged me how inaccurate it was, so I painted it up correctly. This was some time ago and I forgot to make a thread for it here. Fixed.

To be honest, I didn't really like any of the GekiFire combinations...

I'm primarily speaking about how it looks on the toy. The bulk of the wings is offset perfectly by Fires massive upper body.

Bummer. GekiRinTouja Wolf is probably my favorite combination. Just looks so awesome.

And huh. GekiBatFire looks pretty nice as a toy.

yea same here gekirintouja wolf was a good combo.though i gekifire was the ONLY zord i found good cause it was 100% the same as the jpn version

I'll disagree with the 'Wolf' part of that statement, but otherwise YES, GekiRinTouja is one of my all-time favorite mechs.
