I didn't know the Red Ranger came with a Dragon Dagger. That's cool.

I didn't know MMPR red was part of the 1st Wave, I'll pick it up once I find it at a store other than Toys R Us, unless they have it for retail.

I like that lots, aside from the roids. I think I'll wait for Green and white/if this ever goes on sale.

Not really a fan of the color gold they chose, but the shield connects in an original way. The Dragon Dagger needs some paint though, but it does have the Dragon Coin symbol whereas the Power Sword does not have the Tyrannosaurus.

The Blade Blaster is ridiculously large lol. Both it and the Dagger connect to the belt by a peg on the handle.

However whatever detail is missing they made up for in the morpher, it may not be clear in the pics but every detail is there except the lettering

The shield is bit odd, the straps on the back part run underneath the armpits to connect to the front, along with 2 pegs at the collar. But the holes in the straps aren't really the right size for the peg on the front. I heated it up a little and got them in there, but it has a tendency to fall off.

Still this thing has some grand posing possibilities. There is a small peg hole in the right open hand I had no idea what it was for at first. Then after I opened Megaforce Red it hit me...

I love how the "buffness" on these Armored Might figures just makes me think of the first Battlizer and MagiGreen's "Green Muscles" spell,

Still, "roid rage" aside, these figures aren't too shabby.

I was wondering what the packaging for this line was going to look like. Nice, but nothing too special. The figures I get will be coming out for display. The card is definitely a nice little addition. I was hoping to stay away from the card game, but it looks like I'll have at least one anyways...so I'll probably be getting into the cards...lol

Still not sure if I'll get Red here. The White Ranger coming out will be a must, as will the inevitable Green Ranger figure. Not going to hold my breath for them, but if they ever released figures of Tommy's Red and Black suits I'd get them.

Based on the twenty buck price, I'm going to assume you found this at a TRU? Fits with their usual mark-up anyways. I'll wait for them to reach Walmarts and Targets.

Figured it was TRU when he mentioned the BOGO 50% sale too.

I didn't Armored Red back in the day but I do now because it's symbolic, even moreso in Zyuranger, not just a passing of the torch but literally a passing of the shield..and life.

He looks pretty good. Too bad they couldn't get ankle pivots/rockers like they did on their Thundercats Classic figures. Still, I'll probably still get this guy as he just looks like a fun figure. Quite a few accessories he comes with too which is nice, but for the price I guess it should be expected. Will likely get the White Ranger too and give him the Dragon Dagger and Jason here can remain in his regular gear self sans armour.

You think? I don't know. Even the stock pics where he's in a wide stance his feet are completely flat. Maybe there's a little bit of em in there though. Even a little definitely better than none.

I called a TRU in North Carolina. The only store in the whole state with them is in Hickory, NC, about 2-2.5 hours from me.

Strange, the muscles look ridiculous in the box, but in the posed pics look fine. Go figure!

I might pick up a Green or White if I can get a good price on them... we will see, I guess!

I'm not a big fan of the muscly look, but I do like the numerous accessories they come with, especially considering they're painted.

Anyhow the muscular look fits the physique of Jason better than the slim TyrannoRanger, anyway. :)

One thing I find impressive is that they actually took the time to make the "arm bands" removable. They could have easily just let them be molded directly on to them arms. Nice little extra touch.

Found one at my local Toys R Us in Elizabeth, New Jersey. They are one per case so it's very rare.

1 per case sounds pretty dumb. I wonder why? Do they really think he won't be the biggest seller of the case?

WOW! I will buy this for no reason other than they gave us PAINTED weapons!

I use to work at TRU years ago...That's just the ratio of how the figures are packed from the distributor. 4 come in a case and the TRU i bought this in only had two cases, and one of these were in each case.

I figure the odds of me ever actually finding one of these is next to none.

From what I understand these MMPR Red Ranger figures are exclusive to Toysrus. I think their case breakdown is 1 MMPR Red, 1 MF Blue, 2 MF Red, where as everywhere else is 2 MF Blue, 2 MF Red. I hope I'm wrong but I have a feeling I'm not.

I'm glad I'm not a hardcore Power Rangers collector. Seems like Bandai makes it next to impossible to find certain figures. I'm glad I managed to snag a pre order for the Morpher here in Canada because I can only imagine the nightmare that will become for some folks.

Anyways the figure looks great. The accessories are awesome and I dig the ripped look.

Oh, okay. If it's only 4 to a case then that's fine. I was assuming something like 8 to a case, like Marvel Legends or something. 1/8 would have been dumb, but 1/4 is fine since they store would likely order more than 1 case.

Yea, I was looking for the Legacy Morpher the morning they got a huge shipment at TRU, but it wasn't in the truck. But they had 2 boxes of the Armored Rangers next to the respective display. Opened it and grab it. I grew up with the MMPR, as it certainly was a great part of my childhood, and as i grew older, I became a serious collector. Being from in and around the NYC area, finding collectibles can be a challenge.

Yes, they are TRU exclusive. Don't fret though, i'm sure you'll find them when you least expect it. That's just how it goes.

As for the Legacy Morpher, I found this Armored Red Ranger at the TRU while searching for the morpher. They didn't have the Morpher, but at least i didn't walk away empty handed.

My local TRU has the Red and Blue Megaforce Rangers.

Just added the Megaforce Red Ranger next to the MMPR Red Ranger. Picked both up at TRU, but seperate times. Personally, if you're any kind of a Power Rangers fan, you should get these. I really like the detail.
