SH Figuarts Anniversary "Rider Stages"
 

2013 marks the fifth anniversary of Bandai's fan-favorite "SH Figuarts" toyline. And as a way of commemorating this occasion, Tamashii has announced a new type of posing stands for their Kamen Rider figures!


These "Rider Stages" will offer unique icons for each corresponding Rider, and offer a wide range of posing features beyond the usual play value.

Exact release dates & prices have not yet been confirmed but the promotion for these Stands will run from April to June (possibly corresponding with today's announced Rider Reissue Figuarts).

Need them. All of them. EVERY DAMN ONE OF THEM.

A Kamen Rider Beast stand? Why ever would they make one of those when he doesn't have a Figuart yet :rolleyes.

Wait, there's a Blade stand. They don't have a Figuarts Blade...hint hint?

that is what I was thinking when I saw the Blade one as well....and why a Ryuki when he has his own?

They missed a trick with that banner. Not only was Kamen Rider The First the first Kamen Rider Figuart, he was the first Figuart period. At least put Kickhopper up there(he was the first release from the Kabuto series).

Because the stand with Ryuki isn't a belt(I also understand it's usually used with Dragredder, leaving Ryuki in the cold so to speak).

This is COOL! I'm going to need some of those. I really want OOO and Wizard.

Hm...I really hope that they get to Hibiki soon, I want my Todoroki/Zanki. Though, I wouldn't mind a Garren.

I just want to buy the damn stages. I DO NOT care enough about Winger to buy it immediately but now their forcing me to camp their site for the Blade stage and the Den-O stage :mad:

And I mean come on, really? You won't let people buy the different listings that each come with a different stage? That's just ridiculous. I'd probably buy 2 Flame Dragons just to get Den-O and OOO. Now I can only get Den-O.

Never gonna have my... well I was going to say Kiva here but there apparently isn't one for him, but nonetheless I simply adore character-specific stages, so let's just go with Kabuto stage now... Or Den-O stage now... Or any belt stage now... :(

Yea it really sucks they threw a hard ball with this but sadly it makes me realize why I think they took so long to clarify the release date for flame dragon

Well, glad that the basic Figuart of Wizard comes with a Stage at least..though we still don't know if it is gonna have any identifying marks on it like the one Fourze got in his stand set.

Still, would love the W and Fourze stages, but I don't think that's gonna work out for me at all if this is how they're being released.

I sat here and waited for a damn hour for those preorders to go live. I waited and waited just get that damn Den-O stage and somehow in the 3 minutes I wasn't looking EVERY SINGLE FIGURE HAS SOLD OUT :mad:

Is this only how AmiAmi is selling the stages or is it how Bandai has decided to do it? If it's the latter, then WHY? WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?

It's probably AmiAmi. I'm *hoping* that it was an error and they're all listed as sold out while they fix it.

I was all for getting the W and OOO stages before I saw how you have to buy them.

AmiAmi's listings were all supposed to go live at 4pm Japan time. It's almost 2. I don't think they've legitimately sold out.

That's incredibly depressing.

I'm basing my anger on the fact that the order pages said "available soon" or some BS like that and then like an hour later it just said sold out on all of them.

They're still saying "On Sale Soon" for me.

They'll pobably truly open at 3 AM EST like normal.

Look again, every listing is back to "On sale soon" and I presume back on track for 4pm. :)

Den-O was right, they had changed to "Sold Out", I assume either an error or orders went up on Japanese AmiAmi and sold out.

I'm staying up for this. I wiill NOT miss Den-O and Blade. Just gonna have to to marathon some Gaoranger to pass the time :D

It's a shame that is how they are selling them. I would have bought them if they came in packs of 3 like the regular stages do.

The "on sale soon" thing is AmiAmi's new deal with Bandai preorders. I think they were sick of everyone refreshing their homepage for hours the night of preorders. Iron Man and War Machine SHF had the same notices - they went for sale right when they said. Prepare for the site to get hammered in an hour though.

I'm skipping the preorders on everything but X and Kabuto. Since these stands are likely going to be separate from the boxes I predict a lot of people in Japan buying all 5 and flipping their Flame Dragons on Mandarake.

About the time, though - I'd been told before that it was 3 AM EST that preorders opened. 4 PM in Japan is 2 AM here though...

It's usually 3am, they're early tonight. Probably because it's Friday and they want to go home early.

I was about to ask someone to camp a Blade stand for me and pay them back, but then I remembered AmiAmi has a 1 figure per household limit on Figuart preorders.
...Dammit. I don't like staying up late.
