Favorite Gokaiger villan thread
 

this thread is for discussing the villains of gokaiger (obviously), sharing your favorites, and telling why.

my personal favorite (like many others) is Basco. Mainly because he is the only one who could really give captain marvelous a run for his money in badassery.

Basco is my 1st choice as well, but 2nd i really loved was Barizorg. His and Joe's story was pretty awesome. He was silent but you knew he was a force to be reckoned with.

I gotta say though I also loved Warz Gill. I couldn't put my finger on it, but i really enjoyed him anytime he was on screen. Great design on him. I was sad to see him go.

Main villain wise, Basco hands down. Barizorg was cool and all, but he was underutilized despite his fighting prowess and I felt that, if they tried, the story they had between him and Joe could've been much more grand.
Basco didn't do as much either, but his endgame was far more interesting than anything Walz or Ackdos ever did.

Villain of the day has to be the Sneaking Brothers. They were just a riot.

Yeah, gotta say Basco is best villain. Would've preferred him to be the final villain by killing the Emperor.

Basco is of course, without saying the most loved/hated villain in Gokaiger, but as for favorite? I don't think I got any other choice than Jealousetto, he's gotta be the most loveable villain so far :D

Seeing him in the Gavan movie was so hilarious :lol

Yeah I was really happy he found love and sad he ended up in prison :D One of my favorite episodes of Gokaiger!

Everyone is obviously going to pick Basco, but besides him I'm going pick the Emperor.
Just because how determined Gokaigers were on defeating/killing him and I think it's safe to say that "we" felt their determination.

But for comedic purposes, I will pick Jealousetto

Comedically it's a tossup between Jealoushitto and Sally :)

Just from the standpoint of being an fantastic villain Basco wins. But from the standpoint of a character with some depth and awesomeness to them then Barizorg is the winner. This series had a ton of great, somewhat likable, and relatable villains. Just a quick rundown of all the best ones:

Waruzu Giru
Barizorg
Basco
Sally
Damaras
Jealoushito

I mean damn. This show really had a great cast of villains. I hope Messiah and Enter can live up to it in Gobuster.

There's no way I can pick anyone but Basco as my favourite. Barizorg and Damaras were excellent too, but Basco really stuck out to me as a 'real' villain. Its a pity he was the last villain left in the last episode. That being said I did enjoy the emperor taking on Gai one-handed while sitting on his throne :lol

As for action commanders it definitely has to go to the sneaking brothers, since that episode had me laughing more than any other.

Basco and then probably Damaras.

Sure Basco would be number one for most of us, but obviously Jealoushitto was great. I also liked Barizorg quite a bit.
