Power Rangers Zeo: Dx Super Zeo Megazord Gallery
20 Attachment(s)
Another entry in our tribute to Power Rangers Zeo is this 20 image gallery of the deluxe Super Zeo Megazord!
First appearing in Episode 34 A Golden Homecoming, the Rangers gained access to the Super Zeo Zords with the Super Zeo Gems given to them by Trey of Triforia. These humanoid zords had a variety of abilities including flight, underwater operation, and were capable of firing energy blasts from their torso emblem. The Super Zeo Megazord is armed with twin sabers that it used to finish off opponents. Super Zeo Zord I forms the feet; Super Zeo Zord II forms the arms, shoulders, and head; Super Zeo Zord III forms the waist and upper legs; Super Zeo Zord IV forms the lower legs; and Super Zeo Zord V forms the torso. The deluxe Super Zeo Megazord is a solid figure and has four points of articulation in each arm. The deluxe zord sets includes the five zords, twin swords, battle helmet, and sticker sheet. The Super Zeo Megazord is an adaptation of the Oh Blocker from Choriki Sentai Ohranger. Want TokuNation.com updates on the go? "Like" us on Facebook and follow us @tokunation on Twitter!! |
The design is unique. Simple but it works. Not really one of my favorites but love how streamlined it looks. Ohrangers mecha is a mix result, but, I love them either way!

I used to make the Super Zeo Zords look like spaceships.
|
A great design. It would've been cool if they made the weapons, since 3 of them have Cube-With-A-Tube hands, but oh well.
|
I've always thought this Megazord was awesome. I love the shape motif, absolutely love it.
Tis a shame I never managed to get one though. |
This is a really underrated Megazord that just looks plain cool. It's nice to have Zords that aren't animals or vehicles once in a while, I can't remember the last time we had unconventional Zords.

There's definate good things and bad things going with Super Zeo. The Head-Sculpt I always loved, I'm a sucker for a forehead crest. And I love Megazords that form from five smaller humanoid mechs. Shogun, This, Super Turbo. There haven't been enough of those out of Sentai/Power Rangers. And I love what a co-herent Megazord it makes when they all combine. The bad points are I didn't like the pre-school building block motif. I didn't like how it didn't really jive with the motif of the first Zeo Megazord, then never did Red Battlezord. I wish they would've kept going with the mythical aspect of the designs. Also didn't like that Zeo's Mech Designs were just another NinjaZord concept. Two Seperate Megazords that don't combine with each other, one being beasts and one being humanoid mecha, that both combine with the Sixth Ranger's. But atleast Shogun matched the motif of Ninja.
If I was lucky enough to find one for a good price on ebay, or a yard sale, I'd pick one up. I just think they could do better. |

Not bad, I never really paid attention to the Zeo zords but I'm finding now, years later, they were actually pretty neat.
|
SO....Beautiful!
|
This is actually one of my favorite zords! but then again I love most anything Zeo. Maybe too the small child version of me it was just the perfect melding of Power Rangers. Cool Zords, Preaty neat costume, Tommy as the TRUE leader,Billy staying at the base..as it should be, Bringing back Jason as the sixth Ranger no less!
|
Glorious. I sorely lack one of these in my collection, be if DX or non-transforming :(
Since an SRC or Retrofire is extremely unlikely, I need to cave and buy the old 5" one. |
The entire MMPR to Zeo line makes me wish they reissued or remade the old Zords.
|
Funny how I found this gallery the same day I was cleaning out my attic and found Super Zeo in there along with a bunch of my other Megazords I had as a kid. Sadly he seems to of been hit by a wave of yellowing. I really should of taken better care of my toys when I was a kid.
|
Super Zeo ranks right up there with Titan Megazord as my two favorites. The shape motif, how everything locks together so well, and just the aesthetic really strike me.
Beautiful pictures! |
I always liked the "stacking up" look these guys have when they combined. Like a Jacob's Ladder or something like that. Very bright and memorable super robot. Great pics!
|
I lost all but red and yellow, they still look cool together though
|
I've decided I am going to have to buy each zord individually to ever afford this guy! hehe
|
One of my all time favorite megazords. Just something about it hit me in all the right places.
Hell Zeo in general had awesome zords. |
Damn I love the Oh Blocker design. Simply amazing. I've said it once before but it's easily one of the best 90's sentai robo designs out there.
|
Zeo was a bit before my time but I can see why you like the design. It looks really nice.
|
bought a Zuper Zeo Megazord off a board member here missing his helmet/Swords.....I've looked at this thing for years, having it in hand....it's so much better than I ever imagined.....I need those accessories!
