*Drools*
Odin looks amazing =O As does Beast, but I just like Hyper more (crosses fingers for non exclusive release) Probably have to pick them up at a later time as I'll be in America when they ship. When would bluefin start shipping them out (roughly) ? |
July/August.
Sweet, might try and try and get them while I'm in the states then. Cheers man.
Beast and Odin are definitely preorderd ASAP.
The reissues are disappointing though. I get that they're doing main riders, but W JUST got reissued. Why not reissue, I don't know, DiEnd or Knight; figures that go for obscene amounts on the secondary market? |
I guess their justification is to reissue all the main riders for the fifth anniversary of SHF. If Blade comes out in May it may be worth it.
Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm poo-pooing the concept thing. Quite the opposite. I love that they're doing reissues of the main riders. Hell, I've got Kabuto and Agito preordered from the first two batches (would've preordered Ryuki, but I added one to one of my orders from amiami's preowned section literally the day before the preorders went up).
I just wish it was like the first two batches, where they put one main rider that didn't really need a reissue (Fourze Base States in May and TaToBa in April) with some that did (Ryuki in May and Kabuto and Agito in April); basically breaking it up. Having said that, if we get a Hibiki, Blade and a Kiva base form out of this, it will all be worth it. |
Need dat Beast. I just hope I can get a chance to preorder him...
So glad the mayo is included. Much like when I go to McDonald's and they charge me for sweet and sour sauce , I hate paying for condiments. So buying the mantle set for the mayo would have pissed me off
Odin will be bought...Beast....just doesn't grab me...he looks so generic!
Wait, Odin is regular release?! Win!!!
looks like he can be put into survive mode. Perfect cause thats what i would want to put him in.
So that's the mythical Gold Phoenix that was in the show for all of two seconds. Really nice design, pity it was never really used(granted if Odin did use it he's break the show...). Him and Beast are definitely pre-orders.

I don't really know who Odin is but he does look cool. Beast comes with a bottle of Mayo so thats reason enough to get him.
So much want! Where would be the best place to get these from if you live in the UK?

Any UK import store will be ridiculously expensive too - I've seen Figuarts go from anything from £35 to upwards of £80. |

But their 5th Anniversary of SHF campaign, where they're reissuing all the main Heisei Riders with corresponding stands is a big clue: http://tamashii.jp/special/shf5th/ Notice there's a Blade stand. Also notice they have a schedule for the release of the stands, and the Blade one is the only one not scheduled, with a big question mark slotted in May. As for the timing - they didn't solicit Wizard Flame Dragon and Den-O Liner Form until February 7 - and they are both April figures. If they were to confirm Blade in the next week it would fall into the same pattern. Also right now there are only Kamen Rider X and the Wizard Machine Winger scheduled for May, besides the Rider reissues. That's one new Kamen Rider SHF in May. With two new KR figures in April, and now two new KR figures in June, it'd be odd to go back down to one for May. |

Odin was announced for Bluefin release last week. $44.99. I'll definitely be getting it through work thanks to them, and at cost :D
