New Kamen Rider Battleride War Screen Shots
 


Four new screenshots of the fourth coming PS3 Video game Kamen Rider Battle Ride War appeared on the official site and blog.

The new images shows Kamen Rider Wizard and Kabuto in action, with Wizard on foot and Kabuto riding his Kabuto Extender.

Kamen Rider Battleride War is due out May 23rd with the normal edition retailing for 7480 yen and a Premium TV Sound Edition for 10,480 yen.

The Kabuto shots really vividly show how much motion blur would help the Climax Heroes games. I can't wait to see more footage of this game.

Looking at these show that they can make good KR games if they put effort into them.

I don't really see how you see this as good vs Super Climax Heroes. It sure looks prettier, but I wouldn't call it any better than the CH series based on what we've seen. I'm hoping this is a lot more fleshed out than those games, but they're still good in their own rights.

Why can't they make an American PR game like that? You know.. with fucking effort.

I just feel the CH games are just a huge disappointment as a whole. The CH games are so barren and lazy in terms of character, and overall gameplay is unbalanced and just dull.
Just by having decent graphics makes me think it's superior.

We should be thankful that they decided to use the Saint Seiya Senki engine as the base for this game.

Will probably never get a chance to play this, but I'd love too. It looks fantastic and I can't wait to see more.

I wish I had a PS3...it looks good so far. What is this "TV sound edition" all about? Having to pay another $30 for more accurate sounds? Blekh

This does look a lot more fleshed out than Climax Heroes. Too bad I'll never have means to play it.

The absolute last PR game I played I enjoyed and loved was The Movie. Since then we get shit like Super Legends.

Perhaps with Saban on the reigns again and what with all this 20th anniversary business, we could get a franchise spanning fighter, either rangers or megazords.

I'd love for a new Megazord fighter. It prevents entire ranger teams from clogging up the roster and would have a base of 20 characters just by at least using the primary Megazord from each series.

That would be awesome. You could start with 10 Megazords and 10 Famous Monsters. Like Phirantishead and Zedd. And unlock more as you fight through.

Monsters could be the most well known, that'd be great, rather than the rather eclectic roster the SNES(?) version had, like Lipsyncher or Silver Horns...

Exactly. I remember Genesis had Zedd, Cyclopsis, that Lip Stick thing, and.. the bulbus one with the southern accent. .. Yea, my memory is awesome.

So, who could be memorable monsters? All I can think of is Goldar (S1), Zedd (S2), Rito (S3), Ecliptor (IS), and perhaps Metallosaurus (Turbo) and King Mondo (Zeo)...
No one really "Memorable" comes to mind from any other series...

You're right on so far. I'd add Scorpina, Cyclopsis from Season One. The first monster White faced in Season 2, again.. Epic Memory. Vampyrus from Season 3. Mondo works for Zeo. But you'd also need Serpentara in there somewhere. Zurgann from Ninja Storm, Zenacu from Wild Force.

Serpentara doesn't work. It's just too big. It would make for a fine end boss, but not as an actual playable character.

No, but you could add him easy enough. Or maybe thats how you unlock the Predazords. By beating the Dark Predazords, or ZenAku.

That'd mean including the likes of the Dragonzord Battle Mode, Q-Rex, Dragon Stegozord, etc etc.

As a Boss for the Wild Force part of the game, yes.

STOP MAKING ME WANT THIS!

I'm starting to think they didn't call this Dynasty Warrior: Kamen Rider just because Bandai Namco knew it will never be able to reach the US.

I know he won't appear outside his suit, but Zeronos called Den-O "Nogami" and the form was Liner!
I almost wept tears of joy knowing this game will go with Ryotaro as Den-O, not Momo.

I had pretty much the same reaction to scenes ripped from Kuuga and Agito that show they're suppose to be the real deal rather than those lame Decade versions.

Really want to play this, even though I won't understand a word.

Also, note to Bandai: Kamen Riders exist between Decdae and Wizard. Show them in the group shots!!

Isn't PS3 region free?

Yeah, that's pretty awesome, seeing Kuuga as Ultimate instead of Rising Ultimate.
