Original Japanese Mobirates Availibility
 

Hi everyone, I've been looking for an Original Bandai Japan Mobirates for quite some time now. I've only seen them on Ebay and Amazon and both are priced quite high. So I thought why not hit the forums. Does anyone know of a place where I can purchase one for a lower price?

It's kind of like Ebay, but for Asia. You actually have to type in everything when you search in Japanese. So Google translate is going to be your buddy for that.

Mandarake is a website that sells various Japanese items throughout the years. From what I saw though, they only have Legend Mobirates in stock :/

What would ya'll suggest buying between the Bandai Asia and Legend Mobirates?

I like the Bandai Asia because it looks like the actual onw from the show but I heard it's volume is lower

$100+ for a Mobirates isn't TOO terrible at this point given how hard it is to come by now. You want to see ridiculous? Try this one. It makes me want to cry.

all the bangai heroes from legend gashapon set 01 are the rare things right now and same with legend gash 02 also.you can still find the regular mobirates for around the 70ish mark but the bandai asia one the sound quality has been reduced though

Haha almost makes me wanna throwdown for the Original knowing that prices are that high. I'm just coming off that high from finishing up the series. Gokaiger is the first Sentai Series I watched to completion and it was amazing. I keep up with Power Rangers and after watching sentai I can say Power Rangers pales in comparison, save for a few seasons that were actually good.

Why not buy the legend version?

I considered it. Since I don't think I'm gonna get the Original for a cheaper price. I'm trying to decide if I should get a Bandai Asia or the Legacy one

Bandai Asia looks like the one from the show but has a reduced volume and missing sounds from the original

Legacy has good volume but the colors are all switched and it says mobilate instead of Gokaiger and once again has different sounds

I'm leaning towards the Bandai Asia

Does anyone know how much louder the Original Mobirates is vs the Bandai Asia? I've been looking for a video comparison

It's much quieter! I thought I ordered an original on eBay, turns out its the bandai Asia. My son has a legends and its 3x as loud as this new one.

word of advice if you really want the Mobirates just as a Gokaiger changer get the original but if you just want it for the GOOOOOKAIGER!! then the Legends version can do that just fine.

I have the legends version but I wanna get the original because it can tell between team colors and whatnot

yea the legend one is good if you want a somewhat cheaper alternative but the legend one doesnt have the same sounds as the original one does and the codes are different

Each version has their own drawbacks. The main draw for the legend is that it can use the kamen rider OOO and go-buster keys. I have the Legend, and I'm glad I kept it to play my Go-Busters sounds. However, I'm constantly wishing it was screen accurate and had the gokai galleon sound. :( Why did they remove the Gokai Galleon sound and change the gokai changes? :/

I think I always fall into these kind of debates with buying stuff. Buy the more expensive but Best Version (Original Mobirates) or just get one that's cheaper but not as good. Sigh...

But after reading a few of your posts I might just go for the original. Does anyone know if the Bandai Asia Gokai Saber and gun are regular volume?

Actually only the original one has the OOO sounds, they were oddly removed from the Legend one.

It's also worth mentioning that the Bandai Asia version is just the Legend version with the original paint job. It doesn't have the Gokai galleon sound or the Gokai changes.
