More Power Rangers Super Megaforce filming!
 

Following on from the earlier news of the Power Rangers Lost Galaxy suits seen during the Power Rangers Super Megaforce filming, another picture has surfaced on instagram of the Megaforce rangers alongside a Gormin foot soldier from Gokaiger!

Is this visual confirmation that the Goseiger suits will remain throughout Super Megaforce? Discuss after the jump!

It's probably from the first episode before they upgrade to Gokaiger suits :p

They don't necessarily have to use the Mobirates.

Don't we already know the Tensouder toys are programmed to name every ranger?

I know it's not really solid evidence, but if they choose to not use Ranger keys, that's always a fallback.

They can still use Gokaiger footage-this doesn't mean they'll never be used. Makes it seem less and less likely though... :(

This is what happens when they make the next season a continuation of the same frick fraking series. Bandai, Saban, just finish up with Goseiger and then give us Gokaiger. You're already behind Sentai by like two years.

why is everyone judging a pic meaning that the gokai suits will not be used? you cant judge a season on a pic, you dont know what saban is planning, the megaforce suits could be used for a gokaichange/their primilary suits change into gokaiger suits/

no one knows, nothing confirms anything until more info comes out, not pics.

This could be, as suggested earlier, a scene from before they upgrade the suits. Or even just going off of the times the Gokaigers used the Goseiger powers... Because that did happen, ya know. Or maybe the Goseiger suits will be the main suits... doesn't rule out the Gokaiger ones at all.

Megaforce Season 2 is starting to sound a lot like Power Rangers Decade

True, the Legend War has Gosei Great destroyed in one shot. Perhaps since GokaiOh will be used, a team of alien Power Rangers (completely unrelated to the Aqutian Rangers) give the Megaforce team their powers as a "Mega Mode" of sorts.

It would be hilarious if the Gokai suits turned out to just be some "blank" form they need to go into before being able to change into past rangers :lol

Oh, that would suck! The Gokai suits are too elaborate for a blank form. :lol

I'm hoping they use the Gokaiger, aka Pirate Ranger, suits long enough to warrant Bandai releasing action figures of them. I wouldn't get the whole team, but I'd at least get one of them, and the inevitable Retrofire style version of the Gokaiger Megazord.

I'm enjoying Megaforce so far, so I imagine I'll enjoy the second season, Super Megaforce too.

I hope the Gokaiger are a separate team, even if it means them only appearing in some episodes. Having those bland-as-a blank-slate Megaforce characters wearing pirate-themed suits is just too stupid.

This could just be them filming insert shots for the actual Legend War.

This could be for pre-Legend war set ups or flash backs.

This could be a Gokai Change back to the Goseiger from further on in the series.


I wouldn't say this rules out Gokaiger costume. Especially since we saw something already that may or may not be a Gokai Green costume. Plus at the end of the day it would be all kinds costly to not just do the costume change. You would have to reshoot all ground battles as well as cockpit sequences. Now I know they did this MMPR, but I think the show kinda suffered for it there. Wish they would have just made the costume change to Dairanger when they got the new zords, much like they did with Zeo later on.

They will use Gokaiger Ranger Keys. In Gosei's Cave for decoration, is how that sentence ends. My memory isn't Epic, get the joke, but I remember we had confirmation from someone that the Goseiger Suits are being used throughout Megaforce. Which is fine by me. "But you hate Gokaiger!" ... No, pay attention. I liked Gokaiger. Yes, they power-spammed like no one's buisness. But that's every season of Sentai. The thing I didn't like was the suits. They were bland multi-colored suits of blandess, and I want nothing to do with them in Megaforce. They can easily say "It's Morphin Time!" and slap a card into Gosei's mouth. Plus it sells more Megaforce card packs.

I'm much more interested to see if BoA's Gokai-Oh will be able to use the Power Spam. Like MagiDragon, the SPD Cruiser, and Fuu. Cause I want an affordable Fuu.

I also want to see what BoA does with GokaiOh. Specifically, will we get spring-loaded accessory mecha activated by a big wheel on GokaiOh's back?

i dont see why we wouldnt get the auxiliary mech for gokai oh. who knows if they will be spring loaded tho

Import the Joint Gattai? Sweet. Or even, make more Megazords from scratch. Imagine a Joint Gattai Victory Robo. Or BoA could take it one step further and resurrect Mugenbine (in a sense, you'd get stuff like Junk Stag but revamped due to mold issues) to match Hasbro's 2nd (and far better) delve into the world of building toys that Lego pretty much monopolizes.

What I ment is the joint gattai are smaller zord builder any gokai will be decked out with pegs

I honestly don't see BoA importing something as complicated as the spring loaded system that BoJ Gokai-Oh uses to deploy the powers. The way I see it happened is the Aux Zords will be sold with one peice to slide inside Gokai Galleon, and then four new limbs for Gokai-Oh. Or, at the very list, the panels on Gokai-Oh will just open. And the Aux Zords? I just want a decent PAT Stryker. The SPD Transformation was one of my favorites. And a decent Fuu wouldn't be bad either. But.. Yea, my hopes aren't Wonder.

Gosei Great looks like it turned out amazing. It's one of those things I wish I could afford, but being an adult sucks. So did Gosei Ground. So we'll see. BoA might surprise us. You never know.

I would love if they imported Joint Gattai. But I'm still holding out hope that they do something Epic and release older Megazords as Zord Builders. Wild Force, Ninja Storm, SPD, Time Force. Straight ReRelease the damn 2010 Megazord.

QFT. that would be rather ambitious and i cant see this happening at once. i think the best we could hope for is a retro megazord or 2 per year

You're crazy! I loved the Gokaiger suits, they're actully one of my favourite Sentai/Power Ranger suits ever. They're absolutely gorgeous and fit the show and theme so well, its even awesome how the slight changes in visor managed to capture small parts of the crew's personalities. Joe's visor would look stupid on Doc's for example, and Ahim's is far too sweet and girly for Luka, while Marvelous' captures a "strong leader" look.
I don't know how anyone with eyes think the Goseiger suits are better. Beyond me! But, opinions and all that jazz.

I loved everything about Gokaiger. I need more Gokaiger.

it's almost like people want certain adaptations/suits because they dont like this or like that, it's just childish because you know saban will adapt every sentai that's currently airing in japan, it's like you are asking them to skip it because you dont like that? talk about insanity.

Gia is just that awesome.

But as we've seen, when a Sentai is adapted, not every single aspect of source material is used, including the suits, or the henshin devices.

Not sure how it's "childish" or "insane" though. It's okay for people to not like certain aspects of a show, after all.

And the way Sentai feels, I'm behind him 100%. I think the cards will work better than the keys, for multiple reasons.

I suppose I could say it's "childish" and "insane" to want something because "that's just how it is" when there's history of things not exactly being the way they were before. It works both ways.

Also, just a quick note: Joint Gattai is considerably smaller than the mecha lines. Not quite a candy toy in size, but no where near deluxe either. ZordBuilder would be the most logical path to follow.
