Toeihero.net has just posted up the latest in it's series of exclusive Figuarts Zero figures. This time it's the Aquarius Zodiart from Kamen Rider Fourze!

Again with this. I don't understand Bandai's logic in what gets made into a Zero and what gets made into a true Figuart. Aquarios was a major plot point later in the series, yet they decide to once again make an important Zodiart into a Zero. Like Ares and Cancer. I just don't understand this. I'd buy her instantly if she was a Figuart, but a Zero? No interest.

You're giving her too much credit. Aquarius as a character wasn't THAT important to the plot and it makes perfect sense to make her a Zero. Giving all 12 Zodiarts proper figures was never gonna happen.

She was alot less useless then some of the ones we are getting as Figuarts. I know they can't make all twelve into articulated figures, I just wish I knew the decision making process for what they're choosing for Zeros. "Fans want Ares... Zero! Cancer... mm.. Zero! Orion? OH he's a Figuart!"

And that's still wrong. Atleast Ares deserves to be Figuarted. He was a major plot point.

Dude the rest were insignificant characters used for freaking 2 episode arcs. They were vastly unimportant compared to the recurring ones. The only one I'm upset about is Cancer. Even THEN, I understand. The sales numbers for Scorpio as a mass releases were terrible and Libra, Virgo, and Leo didn't sell well either as exclusives. They promised to do all 12 of them. They're delivering to fans in that regard. But releasing them as full figuarts just isn't as cost effective since they don't sell.

Well I can't help but wonder about that because these SHFZs seem to be priced exactly the same as a normal Tamashi Web exclusive Figuarts…would it have costed that much more to just install joints in the figure?

I'd rather have a Figuarts Zero than zero Figuarts at all.

They're similarly priced because they're still limited run web exclusive items. It's a small production run with smaller profit margins. The cost of implementing joints in these figures which are already expensive due to their limited nature, would make them even more expensive. This kind of release was the only logical conclusion.

Well, what I'd do if I could afford these things is just get some articulated figure, breakthese up and then implant them on the figure. Boom, own figuart. You know, like do what conundrum does to make those retrofire zords, only with these things :lol

Y'know I can't say I envy anyone that's trying to go whole-hog on the SHF Fourze line…granted getting the main figures won't be much trouble seeing as most stores are selling them for clearance prices but anything after that sounds expensive especially for NA Collectors.

I'm a huge Fourze fan and I really wanna get all of the Modules and all of Fourze and Meteor's forms.That's hard enough already.I should be grateful they only made the prominent Horoscopes into proper figures,but at the same time Cancer and Aquarius were two that I really wanted more than the rest.

It's too bad every Rider Figuart line can't be as lucky as OOO,who had EVERY Greeed made.

Villains NEVER sell well. Never. OOO proved that even as web exclusives villains just dont sell well enough to justify sizeable production runs.

But they are up on the aftermarket for affordable prices, so there's a plus :D :lol
