S.H.Figuarts AkaRanger and Bouken Silver Possible Release Info
 

Alpha Hero Shock just posted a supposed release date info for S.H.Figuarts AkaRanger and Bouken Silver, the two prototypes were initially seen during Tamashi Nations.

However, with April Fools Day looming over the horizon take this news with a grain of salt. None the less here's the release info:

S.H.Figuarts AkaRanger will be released in September 2013 retailing for 2800 yen

While the price is unknown for S.H.Figuarts Bouken Silver, he'll see a November 2013 release.

So ridiculously excited for more Boukenger love and Akaranger is desperately needed in my collection :D

Don't get too excited. I'm still skeptical about this myself.

Well Hero Shock did his joke for the day already. He makes up a sketch of a character each year and claims its from a currently running show. This year he did Kyoryu Joker. Potentially his source for this info is making a joke but I really hope not :(

Well Bouken Silver has to be considered pretty likely anyway, right? Since they seem to be completing that team.

I just love how Bouken Yellow is in that picture. It's like she's photobombing Eiji.

True enough, and AkaRanger is more then likely even more so then Bouken Silver.

But it's just something about the way it's posted is leaving me rather skeptical about all this.

Well if its true I can certainly get behind it. I do want both of these guys.

um.... there have been pictures from shows with the full boukenger team on show in the last year (see below). plus with 2 other boukengers due this summer, it would make sense to complete the team this year. i wouldnt dismiss this too quick, the date could be off, but the figure exists, im 99.9% sure thats genuine

As for akaranger. he's in the pictures below too, im pretty sure thats a genuine figure, could be a tie in to the release of movie taisen z

Surely if they were going to pull an April Fools joke, they'd pick characters a bit more obscure and unlikely to be released and not two that we've already seen and are likely going to be released this year either way? It's a pretty lame joke, if it is one.

i really dont get why so many peoples automatic assumption that an announcement figures we knew were coming.... are actually coming, is immediately assumed to be an april fools. i think they'd do something more far fetched, and its still a monday, news still happens.

we may get rio and mele (since they were announced at the same show pictures emerged of the other figures) this year = HNNNNNNNGH!..... ah yeah ;)
