• Buffa Ring- Gives Beast Access To The Buffa Mantle, Increasing His Strength
• Kick Strike Rider Kick- Initiated With His Beast Ring, The Kick Strike Materializes As A Lion's Head As Beast Travels Through Various Magic Circles.

• Dest Visor, A Large Battle Axe-Like Visor, Allows Tiger To Use His Advent Cards.
• Advent- Summons DestWilder, Tiger's Humanoid Tiger Advent Beast

• Final Vent- Executes Crystal Break. Destwilder drags the target across the floor and lets Tiger finish his prey with a Dest Claw-based stab in the torso.

I need to get further up on Ryuki before I decide since I know nothing of Tiger. I want to pick Beast, but with no mantles and just the Dice Saber I don't know if he'd be that good in a Rider vs Rider fight.

When you say "No advent cards", do you mean all cards or just the cards that advent?

If it's just primary weapons, then this really isn't a fair fight. A Ryuki Rider's power comes form the cards, but Beast still has the dice feature in his sword.

You gotta remember that the Dice Saber requires the Mantle rings to use the Dice feature. So it's more of a melee fight with weapons this time.

I'm honestly not sure how to vote on this one with the power limit in place. Tojo is probably the better fighter, but his style revolves a lot around having Destwilder and/or the element of surprise. In straightforward fights he tends to get his ass kicked a lot. But that said, Kousuke is probably one of the worst secondary Riders ever in terms of fighting ability. He really needs the powers from his mantles to do much. Basically, they both kinda suck in this fight, but I'm not sure which sucks more. :lol

I don't want to be rude, but what's the point?
Taking away Beast Hyper to keep things fair is one thing.

Taking away both of their tools is another. This isn't like Den-O vs. Kiva, where form changes add in a crap ton of variables. This is more like Den-O vs. Kiva then saying Den-O can't use the dengasher and Kiva isn't allowed to use the Wake Up fuestle.

You're taking a lot of the fun these battles had if you're going to continue by completely limiting these things. Tiger (And the Ryuki riders in general) are all pretty weak, all things considered. Taking away the one variable that could possibly give Tiger a legitimate chance at winning (Advent summoning Destwilder) really gives me no hesitance in saying Beast wins.

Basically: Turning the rider battles into a series of sword fights makes things boring.

I totally understood limiting forms. Some Riders having "uber" forms basically ruined a lot of the polls last year.

But taking away weapons and other abilities? Yeahno, that is just boring. :/

Well, people kept talking about how one sided things were last year, so limiting them to just their weapons is all I can really do. The Mantles count as alternate forms for Beast, which would help him against Tiger, and Tiger would be at a severe advantage if he had access to his Cards against Beast. Just trying to be fair here. In the last battle, I did give Kiva access to his Wake Up Fuestle and Den-O to his DenGasher, since those are both things they use in their base forms. If anything, Beast at least has access to his Kick Strike due to him having his Henshin Ring act as his finishing move tool.

This is only for the 32 matches. When we get to the 16 matches for the tournament, the Riders will gain access to their powers up to their MidSeason Upgrade/their full powers if they don't have one.

But fine, I'll take your word. Nobody vote yet after this post until I add in powers that I believe will make them evenly matched.

You don't have to edit things, since I guess the top 16 will get to do more than just mud wrestle.

Beast gets access to his Dice Saber, Kick Strike, Chameleo Ring, and Buffa Ring.

Tiger gets access to his Dest Visor, Advent Card, Strike Vent Card, and Final Vent.

I agree with Matrix.I don't mind voting on fighting abilities alone,but if the top 16 get to use their powers,what if there was one in the 32 that could've beaten one of the 16 using his powers? A good example would be Faiz vs Kabuto.If Faiz just fought Kabuto on skill alone,he'd probably get beat.(Lets face it,Faiz really just swung like a madman during his first few episodes.lol).But if powers were involved,it would be a closer fight,if not a different outcome.

Anyways I see why you wanted to make it just about skill.Makes weeding out the non skilled fighters easy,then next round let the stronger riders use their powers to determine the ultimate rider.It makes sense,but doesnt.It's the definition of a double edged sword.

Long story short...Tiger.I know he has to be sneaky,but looking at their styles as well,Tiger would be alot more serious about the fight then Beast.He'd be too worried about Mayonnaise.lol

You know, you'd think that adding in their full abilities (minus Beast's form change) would help but... I'm still having a hard time making this call. They both combine fairly decent powers with subpar fighting skill. If anything, I'd say Beast has a disadvantage here thanks to the random nature of the Dice Saber, but his Mantles do give him some pretty nice abilities. Tiger, meanwhile... hang on, let me look up his unique Advent Card.

Freeze Vent. That's not one of the especially good ones. I'm not even sure it would actually work on another Rider.

Ultimately I think I'm going to have to go with Beast. Why? Because it's part of Tiger's shtick that he can never win in a fair fight. :p

This. Without Freeze Vent and Destwilder, Tiger wouldn't have made any of those kills he did in the show.

His only kills were sneak attacks against people who foolishly trusted him. All of his attempts at legitimate victories failed miserably.

Part of me really would want this fight to end with Kousuke destroying Tojou's Advent Deck and then putting mayonnaise on him for Destwilder. :lol

No. I'm voting who anyone that isn't Tiger but Beast would win the matchup anyway. Tiger is a worthless piece of psychotic trash who deserved to die in a far more horrible way than he did in the show.

I'll take psychotic trash over the worst kind of annoying anyday. At least psychotic trash is interesting to watch while mayo jokes weren't funny even the first time.

Anyway, I'm voting for Beast. Tiger could not win in a fair fight, especially not againts Beast's Kick Strike. Much more reliable than his Gamble Saber, which I'm sure is weighted towards "1".
