Power Rangers Dino Thunder: DX Thundersaurus Megazord Gallery
19 Attachment(s)
Tokunation's tribute to Power Rangers: Dino Thunder continues with a gallery of the Dino Rangers' main mecha, The Thundersaurus Megazord!
The Thundersaurus Megazord first appeared in episode two, Day of the Dino Part II, and is formed when the Tyrannozord, Tricerazord, and Pterazord combine. The Tricera and Tyranno zords can also come together to form the 'Thundersaurus Incomplete'. The Thundersaurus Megazord has access to several offensive attacks including the Tricera Fist, the Pterarang, and the Fire Breath, where flames shoot from the Tyranno zord's mouth. The Dx figure features 8 points of articulation and an electronic motor to replicate the Megazord's 'Tyranno Drill' finishing move. Enjoy the gallery! Want TokuNation.com updates on the go? I still need to pick up an Abarenoh at some point :(
Good gallery my friend! |

Will the never-released-domestically Cephalo and BrachioZords (and the disgusting BakurenOh recolor) be gallery'd as well? |

Honestly, we'll see. Abaranger/Dino Thunder stuff is a lot more expensive than it should be right now. |
Wow never knew he was that bulky like, always thought the Toy was more slim.
|
I never knew that he had a hand. Huh.
Anyway, this is one of the few instances where I much prefer the individual zords to the actual megazord, primarily, the Tyranno Zord. It looks so cool! But the combined Megazord...It's hips are too wide for my liking, it's shoulders are also quite wide, putting it's arms way too far out. The drill arm just isn't my thing, either. Combine those with the motor gimmick, and you have the reason why I never picked one up :\ |
I always wanted that, but never got it :( but Dino Thunder was what got me back into power rangers
|
I thought the T-rex was one of the coolest individual mecha ever. Always wanted to get it but it's too small for the current asking price on the secondary market.
At any rate, Kyoryuzin would fulfill my dino-thirst so I'll be focusing on getting that instead for now. |
Oh, and no picture of it chomping a Gabutyra battery?
For shame :p |
Dino Thunder is in my top 5 favorite Power Rangers series. And most of the zords from it where really cool.
|
Broke my heart I never had the money to him. Broke my heart again when I saw Baltmatrix' Review of him and saw how truely awesome that is. One Day!
|
Friend of mine just sourced me a boxed abarenoh, I'm getting it as a housewarming gift. Can't grumble at that, will look great next to killer oh and bakurenoh
|
I was running through a list of Sentai Mecha my collection 'needs' the other day. I wasn't sure about AbarenOh then and I'm not sure now. but at least I have my KillerOh!
|
I also realize, this month's focus is going to have every one thinking on Dino Thunder, but Abaranger is not gonna get much love.

I love this guy. Only mecha I like from the Dinothunder/Abaranger line though. Just wish his leg articulation could still be used in combined form..
|
Pretty unique megazord. Love it. But, the Dino Thunder line.... not that much. Its ok. Compared to hurricanger, I prefer hurricanger.

Huh, didn't realise there was a stubby hand under the Tyranno tail.
