Well looks like we are actually getting the gokaigers mixed in with the goseigers. I'm conflicted about weather I'm happy or pestered by the fact that they are in season 2.

I'm gonna say the same thing that needs to be said in every thread like this.

Goseiger is Goseiger. Gokaiger is Gokaiger. Power Rangers Megaforce is Power Rangers Megaforce. They are separate entities, nothing is getting "raped". The Super Sentai equivalents are still perfectly intact and will not be tarnished by whatever Saban does with them.

I think it needs to be said that Saban will not ruin Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger because they are not remaking that show they are using assets from the show to continue their Power Rangers show. This is like how MMPR didn't ruin Zyuranger it has no story relation to it. I'm so excited to see how this story unfolds!

Joking aside, you are 100% right. I try not to compare unless the shows (or sometimes characters) are very similar. Samurai is a [poor] copy of Shinkenger, it's hard not to compare. However, Megaforce is it's own thing and that's how it should be.



*Using the fanboy useage of the word, not the real life useage.

While I've grown to like the Goseiger suits in Megaforce, I do aprove of the use of the Gokaiger suits for Super Megaforce. I don't care how they use them, how they explain their use, or even if they give an explanation for them at all. I like the look of them, and can't wait to see BoA's action figures of them, and the inevitable Retrofire style figure of the Megazord.

I was just thinking the footage of Gokai Green fumbling around and his unorthadox fighting style can be explained as Jake having a hard time adjusting to the new power up.

Have you seen how Jake fights unmorphed? Doc's footage should be fine.

Also, I'm really hoping the use the episode where Luka and Doc had their bodies switched. Could do well the flesh out Jake and Gia's relationship.

Also, Jan (GekiRed) had a different personality than Casey (Jungle Fury Red Ranger), but their shared footage seemed fairly natural for both of them. Same can be said about Banban (DekaRed) and Jack (S.P.D. Red Ranger).
