Gokaiger Suits in Megaforce Confirmed!
 

Another picture from the Super Megaforce filming has been spotted, finally giving us confirmation that the Gokaiger Suits will indeed see action at some point in Season 2.

While we still don’t know in what capacity these suits will be used there’s speculation about that they’ll be some sort of Goseiger into Gokaiger form changing involved.

Kidding and Asshattery aside: I am looking forward to a BoA Gokai-Oh. And I enjoyed Gokaiger. I just wish that Goseiger would've gotten a full run, and Gokaiger would've gotten a full run. That's all. As it is I've been thinking. Gia could do a good Luka in suit, Emma could make a decent Ahim. But the problems come with the other three. Troy doesn't have the chops to do a Marvelous in suit, and Jake as Doc? How about no. And that leaves us Noah as Joe. I really hope alot of the Gokai Suit footage is new. I really do.

Yes! finally, i can get the toys for gokaiger, i kinda dont care for the cards now, and as long as we get "good" ranger keys i will be impressed :lol

but i agree with whoever said it, Gia and Emma are a good Luka and Ahim equivalent but, Noah is nothing like Joe, Jake is not as awkward as Doc, you know what, swap those two we will be good! but after all that, Troy is nowhere near as badass awesome as Marvelous! :lol

There's nothing indicating we're getting Ranger keys yet. They could still use the cards from the Gosei Morpher to transform into past Rangers.

I'v stoped buying the card's. I just want the Key's. I hope the card's are out next season.

The cards are multi-purpose and cheap to produce. The keys you can only use for one thing.

um the gokaiger use the keys in the zord footage and they are using the gokai weapons for the keys to work, so how will using cards make sense at all?

That's my biggest worry. I have absolutely no problem with the Gokai suits being used and am happy to see them again, I just hope it's all explained in a reasonable way.

well it will be is SPD included Cards in there show when Dekaranger did not have that concept so replacing keys with cards want be hard just saying. i want the keys

And honestly no, I don't care about the keys. My point though is that the cards are more marketable to the target demograph, and you can do more with them.

This isn't the Gosei footage where the cards were integral to 90% of the footage.
The Ranger key scenes are all presented in scene cuts and edits. It's so ridiculously easy to edit them out that even Saban could do it.

And no. The keys are a weak collection gimmick, even weaker than OOO's medals.

I'll defend the OOO Medals dammit. Such a neat use of RFID technology, way before Skylanders made it all the rage.

I love the medals, I really do.
But there's just not much to them, and their translucent faces means that some (Particularly the yellow ones) look terrible without a little custom painting.

I was just thinking the footage of Gokai Green fumbling around and his unorthadox fighting style can be explained as Jake having a hard time adjusting to the new power up.

$10 says if anything is budgeted down (outside of obvious paintwork and detailing) it'll be either the main sail of the Galleon, or the whole treasure-chest spinny dial gimmick. Or both.

then there would be no reason for the gokaisuits in the first place, it's in their equipment, come on, you seen the key like statues in megaforce, if that means nothing then you really have problems accepting a series for what it is, they are not going to alter footage because fans dont like keys, it's still a pirate theme, it has to be used somehow even fury said they will be used.

and the gokaigun and sword are used, so how are they going to do the finisher with cards?

Remember when I said the Ranger keys were used in jump cuts? Yeah. Remove the jump, add in the card footage, return to Sentai footage (Which is exactly what SPD did for their SWAT blaster).

The shots of Rangers standing while holding keys aren't integral, and, ultimately, the keys are completely avoidable in footage.

This isn't about my opinion on the keys. I'm just stating that, unlike Gosei's cards, it's not impossible to avoid footage utilizing them.

No one seems to have a problem with the keys. It would be great if you would stop saying people have a problem with a series based on a mere possibility. This isn't your first post doing so either.

The Gokai Suits will sell toys. Sure, keys will too, but again cards are more dynamic. You can do so much more with the cards than you can the keys. They're cheaper to make and frankly much more marketable. A parent isn't going to shell out money for a plastic key, so if the keys are used, they'd better come en masse or with some of the other items. A pack of cards are a different story, and don't require a whole separate toy to play with either.

Fury never said the keys will be used. The wording was that Gokai footage will be used. We don't know the extent of that. Ciara Hanna posted a picture of the Gokai Yellow suit, but it doesn't mean she was wearing it. Ciara was super excited before about her other posts concerning Megaforce Yellow, talking about wearing more yellow lately and changing her background to tigers even. This Gokai photo doesn't share that same sentiment. I'm not saying that's not her, but it could be designed to throw us off. The Gokai suits may even be a different cast altogether (not a permanent one, mind you) and are the nemesis to the Megaforce Rangers.

The "statues" in the Command Center are just that. They're too big to be keys, about five or six times larger than the Gokai keys, and do not have a joint for a waist swivel either. As it stands now, they're not keys at all.

My point in all this: Is to not get your hopes up for anything. That's it. We've seen it before, in Matrix's example above. We've seen the Jungle Fury Rangers use a different device to morph with. "Oh but the GekiChangers are part of their equipment" but in Jungle Fury, they were merely decorations.

Again, the point is to not get your hopes up. Pictures don't convey everything, and while they're worth a thousand words, sometimes those words can also be lies. (There's a new proverb for you, KRX ;) )

Here are my thoughts on the characters translating over. Emma and Gia are perfectly fine. Noah is going to have to give the color blue up to Jake, not just because Noah is more like a wimp, but Gokai Blue and Gokai Yellow have a connection/scenes together. Jake likes Gia, so thats how BOA translated the sibling Goseigers scenes over. I think the way MF S1 will end is with them losing their powers and going off to to be trained by... I don't know, Robo Knight, AkaRed or some past ranger. This would give them a change in fighting style and could also possibly change part of their personalities.

As for the ranger keys being used in the megazord cockpit, they could go Samurai and use new footage completely.

This is what we know of Super Megaforce (confirmed by my sources):
1. Goseiger Suits are the primary suits for Power Rangers Megaforce and Super Megaforce.
2. Super Megaforce will feature Gokaiger Suits, Footage, and Content (Zords, Weapons..etc).
3. Super Megaforce will concentrate on Gokaiger footage over Goseiger footage
4. Super Megaforce will have a Silver Ranger. There is no confirmation on whether this is Gokai Silver or an original Ranger. Based on Gokaiger footage usage, we will most likely see Gokai Silver.
5. Ranger Keys will be used in Super Megaforce. There is no confirmation on the usage. Gokai Silver and/or the Gokai Suits will probably use the keys to match footage.

fury was pretty much right on about megaforce, so i dont know how you would discredit him about super megaforce.

I'm not in denial. You should choose your words more carefully. I'm being cautious is all.

Take the time to reread my post again please, and this time try to be more open minded about it, as I'm just stating that what we know, may not be what we think we know.

And Fury's been wrong in the past, but again, I'm not saying he's wrong or anyone is wrong. I'm saying to not get your hopes up.

EDIT: Do you not see how vague everything you posted is? "More Gokai-than-Gosei footage" could just be the "Legacy Ranger" combat, where they "Gokai Change" into a past ranger and fight using those powers. That in itself is more footage than even the time they spent fighting as "Pirate Rangers" themselves, so it's more than Gosei footage for sure. Also, "featuring Gokai suits, Footage and Content (Zords, Weapons, etc.)" doesn't mean that the Megaforce Rangers will have those powers or use those Zords. I'd think it foolish for them not to, but once again, my point is that just because it says footage will be used, it may not be in the capacity we think.

Sheesh. All this over some damn toy keys. I don't have a hope either way if we get the keys or not, or they stick with the cards, because I'm not purchasing any of them. But the original point was that the keys are more marketable then the cards, and you can't deny that.

You guys honestly think Bandai won't use this opportunity to shell out more merchandise and put another collect'em all gimmick on the market? We're gonna get the keys one way or another.

Hey as long as we get Gokai-oh and GoZyuJin in a worthy toy form I'm down.
