Namco Bandai announces Power Rangers Megaforce Game for 3DS!
 

Namco Bandai has announced an all new Power Rangers Megaforce game coming for the Nintendo 3DS! The official Morpher Cards can be used to help you power up in the game, and by using the 3DS' camera, you can take a picture of yourself and watch yourself morph into a Ranger in the game!

... We're never getting a damn decent Power Rangers game again are we? Nothing like Power Rangers the Movie, or the Fighting Game. Instead we're going to keep getting this crap.. Damn it, Bandai -.-

I wonder guys, do you think a Marvel Ultimate Alliance style of game could work for Power Rangers? The only restriction I see is how to fit 5-7 people in a team.

The inclusion of the card game makes me happy. It is a gimmick, but it gives you more of a reason to have more cards.

...I liked the Dino Thunder GBA game dammit.

Honestly, no.
The Ultimate Alliance game had a variety of characters with unique powers. MMPR teams do boast different load outs and powers, but on an individual character basis, there isn't much difference (Unless you pick Red) beyond the design of the character you're playing.

This is actually the biggest flaw every Power Rangers game faced beyond the Megazord fighter. There aren't enough unique powers between any certain team to carry it.

Cool idea but…I'm not gonna hold my breath for this game to be any good.

At most I might pick it up when it ends up in the bargain bin.

I'm interested to see how the cards pan out. The game itself is probably going to be some low-polygonal cheap-feeling mess, but that's just expanding a kid's brand, right?

Hmm, the concept is interesting but I'll have to wait and see on the actual quality of the game.

I do hope there's a Super Megaforce game to follow. The Gokaiger DS game looked quite decent so hopefully it'll take cues from that.

I want Dynasty Warriors: Super Sentai. Throw in Megazords as well.

is their a nintendo 3dS working emulator, so i dont have to buy it just for this game?

That could work but would require Koei and Bandai working together (which they already do for Dynasty Warriors Gundam). While I find those game boring it would at least be a playable game unlike much of what Bandai Games puts out.
