Power Rangers Super Megaforce - Power Ranger Helmets on Display!
 

While we're waiting for Power Rangers Megaforce to end its hiatus (sorry, we have a ways to go still!), there's some fun pictures popping up showcasing the second season, "Super Megaforce", and we're happy to share them with you!

Power Rangers Super Megaforce, the second season of Power Rangers Megaforce, airs in 2014 and will be the English adaption of Gokaiger, the 35th Anniversary Super Sentai series. Information is still sketchy, but look for past-Ranger cameos as well as the Megaforce Rangers gaining the ability to morph in to any Power Ranger of the past!

one thing that i question is: how will they have JDF's rangers(white ranger, red zeo ranger, and black dino thunder ranger.) set up? saban has some explaining to do.

Well unless they plan on contacting him...like now, he himself has said that they have not contacted him about being in the new series. So either his rangers will be speechless, or when they do the 199 sentai battle they will just throw in random old fighting sound effects is what I'm thinking.

A better question would be how they explain Mystic Force White Ranger seeming a bit different, since her actress is dead. Same with Trini.

That's probably what will happen. But what about Udonna? For that matter, will Rita Repulsa still be the Mystic Mother?

If I recall correctly, there was a movie or a few Gokaiger episodes that had people dressed like our heroes, but in the distance with a blurred camera. This could work for a few of the people who either can't make it to the show (for whatever reason) or they couldn't get on it.

Regardless, Saban doesn't have to explain anything, because he probably won't. It would be nice, of course, but I honestly don't see it happening with 20 episodes to get in there.

When and how did Udonna's actress die?

I don't think that will be brought up at all in season 2.

As long as I get my Gokaiger mechs I'm happy :)

What purpose does Udonna or Trini serve?
Not everyone returned in Gokaiger. Not everyone will return in Super Megaforce. Just do what SPD did for the Dino Thunder crossover for Tommy and have a sound-alike actor with the suit (Hell, even Gokaiger did it when AbareKiller, TimeFire, and DragonRanger approached Gai in his dream).

The only past Ranger that looks to be returning is Jason Smith (Casey the Red Jungle Fury Ranger). He's been in images on set with Ciara Hanna the Yellow Megaforce Ranger.

So far the single best picture coming out of this new season. Then I'll say that for any picture with Ciara innit :lol

Sorry to double post but.. Trini's actress is dead, Matrix. She isn't coming back anyway.

The point being that not every actor who played roles returned to reprise them in Gokaiger, most of the time it was one or two cast members.

People were talking about Udonna and Trini's actresses being deceased as if that held any point.
I want to know why their actresses being deceased has any impact on the series, since no cameo in Gokaiger featured a full team returning.

Udonna died?! When the bloody Hell did that happen?!

It's like the Legend War but smaller and with helmets.

Your post made me think how much cooler this season would be if they changed into old Rangers by switching Helmets. Like Headmasters.. but with Power Rangers.

I want to know soo much about next season. But there's one big thing they need to tell us. Are we getting Keys or Cards next Season?
It maybe the Cards. The Cards are going to have All the past Rangers on them.
But it Maybe the Keys. We see the Keys in the Rangers HQ lining the walling.
I'm hopping for the Keys.

That picture actually makes your case worse.

Look at the Megaforce's hand placement, with mostly leveled hand placement, but look at Black. Rear hand is above the front hand.
Look at the Gokai change picture. The way the Mobirate is designed, the rear hand (The one holding it) HAS to be lower, which it's not.

That's not a confirmation for the keys, it's actually weakening the Key argument.

Perhaps they're pressing the keys instead?

Wouldn't that make the Mobirate moot if they bring the cell phone and not use the keys?

I'm agreeing with Matrix on this one. Or, what we could do, is wait.

Not exactly. It wasn't used just for the keys. I think they used it to summon the Gokai Machines, that could be what they're doing.

I almost miss Samurai. Least with that you knew what was coming. This... this is just driving me up a wall.
