Go-Busters Mission 8 discussion "Protect the Machine Blue Prints!"
A new Buster Machine is coming? Not if Enter steals the blueprints first!
Ryuji is reunited with an old friend as Enter infiltrates the Go-Busters' base to steal the blueprints for a new Buster machine! Discuss!! |
Really enjoyed this one.
I LOVE how the writers of Go-busters are evidently huge fans of pyrrhic victories for our heroes. Inch by inch, the bad guys are gaining ground. I really hope that halfway through we get some sort of reversal where Messiah's holding all the cards, discards Enter, and it becomes the Go-busters having to take back the world from Messiah's onslaught. |
Gah, you beat me to it by a minute! :lol
Another great episode, Enter has definitely become my favourite Sentai villain now. That bit of him in the hardware store was just priceless :lol Happy to see another episode where the team essentially lost too, its keeping the show very interesting and setting it far apart from the usual fare. |
I wonder if this is a set up where the Go-Busters would have to battle the new Buster Machines before they join the team.

Another enjoyable episode, and this time Enter "wins" by stealing that blueprint for BC-04. Seems to me Vargass is really trying to take down Go-busters, first by infiltrating the base and now by stealing the blueprint, and it's not only 10 eps into the series yet! I like it alot because it's been making the heroes harder to deal against the enemies' aggression, and it provides tension and danger that Zangyack never poised against the Gokaiger until the very end. Plus, Usada gets kidnapped in the next episode! Next thing you know, the Busters won't even be able to see a movie in the theatre without Enter harassing them lol.

That was a really good episode. Interested to see what Enter will do with the designs for the Drawing. Perhaps Enter himself will become some kind of KO-Buster and pilot it himself? Now that would be awesome.
But what the hell at the end of the episode? Sorry I gave away the plans to our top secret giant robot but I'll try harder now that I know I like my job. Don't send me to prison or fire me or anything. That was a little stupid that Kazuya basically got off completely even though he's a traitor. |
Overall I liked this episode although it was predictable, I knew that Ryuuji's friend was the one who was going to steal the blueprints, and I agree with Den-o I'm surprised that he didn't get fired, and I want a figuart of that Drillroid
|
Awesome episode as others have said. Ryujii continue to be awesome, taking out the roid of the week on his own, in quite a brutal way too... The zord fight had a unique twist but overall felt too easy and quick (the actual fight bit) Can't wait to see what Enter has in store for our heros now that he has the zord plans.

However, I like to think the guy got fired off screen and now hates Ryuuji for saying it'll be okay, but that's just me. |
I also think Ryuji's friend should've been arrested, but I guess Ryuji wants to give him a second chance. However, the loss of the blueprint will not go unnoticed, and I wonder how the EMC will handle the fallout in the future, particularly when Enter incorporates the blueprint into their new Megazord to fight against GoBusterOh.

OK! so I first noticed it when we got the Pizza Cutter monster, and it followed up with this Drill monster. WHO is doing the monster character designs this season? Give this man a medal! we are getting some serious action and I am loving it! I really want to know who is drawing these.

This was a great episode. I loved every bit of this episode, favrioute part was seeing Ryuji's fight with the Drillroid. I also loved just how mature this episode felt too. |

It's theory time folks. The ground work for something awesome is here. Here's what we got so far: Messiah has the missing people from 13 years ago on his side while Enter has a Buster Machine blueprint. Next week Enter kidnaps Roger Rabbit. So, put two and two together and we got Enter and Messiah stealing the data needed to make a Buddyroid, a Buster Machine, and their own GoBuster...oh look, Beet and Stag are due out soon. HINT HINT. I do believe it's evil Ranger time folks :D
PS Kind of hoping Beet and Stag are a lot like KickHopper and PunchHopper. Not the completely wasted potential part, but the mentally broken part. |
Here's hoping. The seeds have definitely been sown for it and I reckon this series could pull evil rangers off really well.

I loved that the Drillroid ran around making drill noises too. The Metaroids strike a really good balance of looking good, being (somewhat) effective and then having one hilarious trait.
|
Quite a good episode, but come on, how the hell are they going to just let Ryuuji's friend off that easily? I don't care what type of lesson you learned, YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL!!!!! You are a traitor, and I do not like that that was it.
Enter was pretty awesome in this episode. |

Traitor still belongs in jail though. |
Not bad, not my fav epiisdoe yet but stilll a good one. cant wait to see zord Vs zord battles in the future now that enter has the new beet zord bluprints.
|
Just one thing bugs me about this episode. The Megazord was underground and RH-03 can dig underground aswell, so why not just send Yoko underground to try to get it to surface. That would of been a bit more exciting than them just standing there getting shot at.
|
Hang on, was BC-04 The Frog, or was it Stag Busters machine?
Also, like everyone else, great episode but Kazuya got off way too easily. |
