Kyoryuger, Wizard In Theaters This August
 

Time has come once again for the Tokusatsu double-bill summer movie(s)!

Kamen Rider Wizard and Zyuden Sentai KyoRyuger will be in Japanese theaters August 3rd!

Wizard's film will be directed by Shojiro Nakazawa (veteran of multiple Sentai projects) and is said to introduce a "golden Kamen Rider."

Kyoryugers' film is rumored to be a musical, directed by Koichi Sakamoto and should include the recently-revealed Tobaspino as its exclusive Voltasaur.

A Kyoruger Musical? Should be interesting... Mind you, if the mecha already plays samba music, I s'pose it wouldn't be that unusual! :)

If his name isn't Kamen Rider Midas I will be sorely disappointed.

I'm seriously pumped for a Kyoryuger musical. I'll be REALLY disappointed if it doesn't happen.

A 30 minute Kyoryuger musical?
This might be the first Sentai double billed movie that doesn't disappoint :lol

I liked Gekiranger's, but I'm not sure if that's because it was actually good or if that's just the Gekifanatic talking :lol

Kyu mucial? a dear lord, they are tryin to make it where saban makes a high school musical for this series when it becomes PR :lol

I thought that was reserved for the Vs. movie, not the summer movie.

Riders don't get Vs. movies.
But recent Rider summer movies did feature the upcoming Rider.

if i understand correctly it's:
summer movie = introduces new rider.
movie war film = introduces secondary rider to current rider in a cameo.

I am very interested as to what this new "gold rider" will be.

I'm calling it now: Mayu is the golden Rider.

Like a Tokusatsu Movie would have a plot line from the show.

So, this golden Rider is most likely either 2013-2014 Rider or a new Wizard Style. I'm betting on next year's Rider.

Actually, according to the info that's been rumored so far the movie is specifically supposed to tie into the show. The plot is supposed to center around the Philosophers Stone which just became known in the series.

Man I hate when then do that. it's like tearing out a few pages of a good book. You don't really care, so you keep reading, but then you find the missing pages a few months later and finally get what the later half was about.

A girl Rider that wasn't all prissy and dainty-acting would be sweet. It always makes me groan when any girl ranger or rider is all, well, girled-up with pinks and hearts and it's just dumb. We need an actual cool, tough-girl rider.

I drew up a design of a strong female rider for that exact same reason.

We had one in Kamen Rider Blade's movie.

Oh, I dunno how I missed that. I guess it was just reflex since we've only gotten 3 original female Riders so far, Femme, Kivala and Nadeshiko. I mentally assume male.

I wouldn't be opposed to more female riders. I mean if Nadeshiko got a second appearance in Ultimatum it's gotta mean at least something.

We also had L'Arc in Blade and IForgetWho in Hibiki(IForgetWho actually appeared in the show and not a movie).

Guessing either the 2013-2014 Rider or Kamen Rider Witch. Money is on the latter. Seems the best way to introduce her/use her.
