Ultimate Ranger Team Tournament - Yellow Division Round 2
 

Let’s play a game: The Gokaiger adaptation isn’t season two of Megaforce, it’s a brand new series with a brand old cast. The six Rangers are all returning characters from previous Ranger teams, gathered together to face off against the most powerful evil ever. But which six Rangers? That’s where this tournament comes in.

We’re going to cast this team with the very best Red Ranger, very best Pink Ranger, very best Blue Ranger, very best Yellow Ranger, very best Grack/Bleen Ranger, and very best Sixth Ranger.

The current team consists of:

The rules are simple: the Rangers of each color fight it out to see which one stands at the top of their personal section of the rainbow. The winners will be determined by popular vote, feel encouraged to explain your choices to help sway the undecided. Fights are all-out brawls – any power-up or weapon is permitted, short of the Zords.

Battles are decided by random selection and each character is represented for each of their colors (Rocky and TJ are in both Red and Blue, Tommy is in Red and Sixth, etc.). Rangers with multiple powers in the same color will be using the ones which are most unique to them (Adam is Zeo Green, Cassie is Space Pink, etc. – yes, this kinda shafts the Turbo Rangers, I know – all three Turbo fans are free to register their complaints). All major teams are represented, MMPR through Megaforce. Evil Rangers like the Psychos and A-Squad - as well as one-shot Rangers like Cat or SPD Red Bridge - are excluded.

I haven't seen much of MegaForce but I feel Tanya was pretty awesome.

So am I the only one who sees Gia as a bitch? Just wondering, is there an episode she is good in, gets better in or anything? I am going to watch all of the rest of Megaforce this week.

Episode 7 when she takes control of the team, I think it is 7 anyway, that was awesome.

Ladies. Gentlemen. An Arguement by Sentai in Gia Major.

Gia will not only win this round but she deserves to win this Yellow slot. And I am going beyond powers, beyond fighting ability. Because she trumps Tanya in both. I'm talking to you about personality, about heart. Tanya had the personality of.. Well, I don't know if tupperware has a personality, but I imagine it'd be alot like Tanya. Functional, but spends alot of time out of sight out of mind. And nothing you show off.

Gia, on the other hand, deserves to win this entire thing. In every damned catagory. She has a strong-willed and feirce personality, refusing to bow down to anyone. But also soft enough to never let her friends down. A loyal woman willing to do what it takes to protect that which she loves. So strong she once took control of the team with a single nod of her head. That's the kind of loyalty she inspires. Imagine Tanya doing that, we'd all be learning Binary under our Robotic Overlords.

Same here! Gia is the Taylor of Megaforce, the true leader that has her true role taken by a guy who either can't act or hams it up.

Plus, I swear that in every round she's in, no matter who she's up against, I'm voting for Gia.

I voted for Gia due to her overall awesomeness. Not sure I'd go as far as voting for her against any challengers, though. I already have my favorites for Yellow.

There are no other Yellows before Gia.

I'm voting for Gia,only because Tanya was so.....ugh.I dunno,she was just not noticable when she was in Zeo.Gia,like most have said,is just like Taylor.Which I really hope it goes down to those two.

Gia can act. Taylor can stand still, fold her arms, and scowl. That's what was very good at. And that's great. But Gia > Taylor.

I just don't see any difference in their acting skill.

Acting and fighting are two different things,and last time I checked this was a fight.

Lily's one of my favorites to take this division.

I just watched episode 4 where Gia and Emma are no longer best friends. It has been a decent episode for the girls, except its her personality that I hate and makes her not a horrible ranger, but horrible person for how she treats Jake. She knows he likes her and goes around saying what she likes in a guy. It's obviously not Jake so she should tell him and not play with his heart.

She's not heartless to Jake. There's something there, but she's being.. Playful isn't the right word.
